I'm disappointed it doesn't have as good an office program as my old Mac mini (Open Office) where I can edit things I"ve written, or iTunes, or a CD/DVD player capability. I might return it.

One am I paying a geek squad annual fee and getting this kind of service. I returned the Mac mini to geek squad and bought one from the Apple Store.

Upgrading programs has required hours of frustrations and time. Make sure you have s Mac expert with you or easily available. Apple SHOULD include all this in an easy use form. Older printer takes many minutes to print!!!
