I was a bit disappointed in Best Buy because I was very told my product would be ready by Tuesday, June 9th and I asked for the product to be ready by June 13th and on that day, I went to Best Buy and my order wasn’t ready. I never got a notification of my product being delay until after I went in person to Best Buy. I ended up having to wait two weeks to receive my product. Had I known it was going to take that long I would’ve bought it later.

I went into Best Buy and spoke to Luke in computers about buying a MacBook. At the time I didn’t know whether I wanted or needed a Pro but for I would be using the computer for the MacBook Air was just what I needed. Luke was especially knowledgeable, professional, and I couldn’t have been more happier with Luke. He is a real asset to Best Buy and his professionalism is exemplary. I will be back to see Luke for any of my computer needs.

Who doesn’t dream of having this fancy Apple laptop after 10 years I finally got one. I love how thin and elegant it is. The fingerprint feature is awesome. What I did notice was that it heats up fast. Also had this problem with my iPhone 11 fresh out the box just like this laptop. And the battery also seems to not last as long as I hoped for. Good thing I’m not in college at the moment or I would have probably ran out of battery in the middle of a long class. But then again I don’t know if I need to adjust the saving mode or something. But I do love it ended up paying 1000 something for it so I’m loving it.

It his really is a beautiful rosè gold MacBook. Light & sleek for sure.. Overall, it’s a pretty good little machine if you are a MAC person. If you are traveling a lot, and don’t want a clunky heavy comp. this is perfect for medium duty work. Priced not so bad. Can’t beet the picture . Overall- I was let down. Aside from weight, not much happening in terms of “fresh features “. Not much has really changed. I wanted a new Mac Book with 2-1 / or convertible style.. for me , it was the lack of multipurpose design. Still a fantastic machine, but not for me at this time. Best
