It’s getting 3 stars because when I bought it, the previous owner hadn’t signed out of “find my” so their information was still on the computer and they could see my actual location(which is not sage at all). Luckily I was able to locate her through social media and we worked together to sign her out(she was nice). If not it would have been a lost. I recommend reps making sure everything is deleted properly before a customer returning/selling to other customers.
