I love this computer. I have never owned a MacBook and this is my last year of college so I decided to take a leap and buy this one, and I am so happy that I did. It’s very fast, easy to navigate, and I love the backlit keyboard,

This MacBook Air is a quality piece of equipment, especially compared to my Lenovo laptop. It has a sturdy feel, the lighted keyboard is great, the screen is small but very clear and brilliant, and the few times I’ve been able to use it it seems very snappy. I know some people are in to the difference between the Intel v. Silicone chip but I doubt I’d ever notice the difference. My only complaint is that getting used to a Mac from a Windows machine is a bit more complicated than I thought. I bought this MacBook Air because my Windows laptop was frustratingly slow. I ended up buying a new SSD hard drive for it after I already bought the Mac and the speed issues are now gone - it was amazing how much difference the $55 SSD drive made. As a result I don’t use the Mac as much as I thought I would, especially since it doesn’t have the programs I regularly use. I’m sure this will eventually change and I’ll eventually appreciate the Mac qualities.

This was a Christmas gift for my wife and it was EXACTLY what she wanted. She had a MacBook a few years old and she loves all the updated features like TouchID and the slim design. Only drawback was the lack of ports but that was easily remedied by just purchasing an adapter

my daughter needed this computer for online classes and so far its perfect. She can complete all of her online tasks with the click of a button. Its also easy to travel with and doesn't take up much space. The battery stays charged the full length of her online schedule (8 hour day).

Got this computer for my grandson and he is loving it. I would love to get the pro but kids come first. He seems to like doing his school work on it better than before. It is much faster and lighter. The person telling us about it was very knowledgable and was very helpful.

Easy to set up, works differently then HP so it will be a learning process. I have only used a few times since purchased, looking forward to use like I do with my iPad. Highly recommended by my nephew, he only has Apple products. I like the speed it has but then again it is new.

I am so happy I have not rushed my purchase and settled on the 2019. I am very PLEASED with my purchase, and the fact it is Open Box...it is just as great as if it were not. I highly recommend, and I HAVE NO ISSUES with it. If you are struggling with picking between this and the i5 , I say this one is fantastic. I was doubtful because I wanted to run the Sims and it runs smoothly. Overall, this was the best purchase I have made over this quarantine.

Omg!! Got it as a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas!! He’s IN LOVE!! he’s a designer and loves to make his drawings come to life on this.. they say the MacBook Pro is more powerful but I can’t tell the difference honestly. I love it! So convenient for traveling as well!

For the average or small business person this computer will do more than enough and is a vast improvement over previous models. Catalina OS though sucks, otherwise would have given it a 5 rating. Problem is a lot of software I need for work is limited or won't work with Catalina. Yeah, you can take a chance and transition back to High Sierra or whatever but that's not a task I would want to handle myself personally and in checking with several computer guys in the area its not worth the cost, puts the price right back up to where the MacBook Airs were priced before. Keyboard is heaven, processor is fast enough for the most part, other than Catalina its great. Apple, get your act together, Catalina is not what most people want or need in my opinion.

Amazing quality laptop made the mistake of purchasing my first one open box and when it arrived it was locked frm the previous userwhich was a nightmare. I decided to exchange it for a brand new rose gold one and im glad i did. Im new to mac so i read up on shortcuts for mac users through youtube and i still lots to learn in terms of shortcuts and what not but im super impressed with the battery life and sound . And the keyboard is beyond comfortable +its backlit which i can appreciate since i struggled writting papers with my previous laptop for that reason. All in all i have no complaints about my laptop i wouldnt call it beginner friendly but if you're willing to readup or at least watch videos about how to use the device its well worth it !

I’m so glad I finally decided to buy this MacBook Air. I own everything Apple and I have to say this might be my favorite item. I ordered the gold one and it is gorgeous. It’s not a yellow-y gold but and not a pink gold but more a true rose gold. It is super easy to use. Love it!

Was hesitant going from an HP to a Mac, but glad I did. I love the back lite keyboard and compact size of this Mac. The speed and quickness of logging on is awesome. It's rather easy learning the "how to's" from Windows to Mac OS. Very pleased with my purchase.

I had a 2012 macbook pro before and it was just getting old and making weird noises. This one is my favorite color and it's so much lighter than my old one making it easy to transport to and from work everyday. It' also faster than my old one! I'm super happy I made this purchase!

I absolutely love this laptop, I finally went ahead and splurged on this beautiful macbook. The color alone is amazing, but this is the first time I've purchased a computer and out of the box it ran smoothly and perfectly. (And I've bought three computers so far just this year)

So here I am a whole year later and months past and this was my first Mac and I was not disappointed at all it’s still works exactly the same homework since day one or problem because I took great care of it it does take a maintenance care it works so well for me as a student I took it everywhere with me and it’s just like the perfect right size I definitely recommend specially if you’re a college student.

I had a MacBook Air that’s about seven years eight years old somewhere in there and it was really really nice with the new one the color is better the contrast is better it’s so much faster you can’t beat the MacBook Air for the money it’s the best computer you can buy

I purchased this Mac Air about a month or so ago when my MacBook Pro just became a liability after 9 years. This has been a great buy. The computer moves at a fast pace and works great. There are occasional hiccups but nothing you wouldn’t get with every device ever. Great buy.

This computer is the best. It's small enough to pack up and take with me but i am able to use it to complete work and personal tasks. Plus the rose gold color is so pretty. I would recommend getting a shell for it. I got the incase hard shell to protect my purchase.

Love working with my new computer. I stopped using my old computer and haven't touched them since walking in the door with my new computer. Just happy that I now have something that I can use for my schooling. runs faster than my old Chromebook and is a lot smaller.

I am very happy I got a MacBook Air 2 months ago at an unbeatable price. It also came with bonus air pods. The laptop is light weight fast and elegant. The knowledgeable sales people were extremely kind and helpful. Best Buy is my go to store for all my tech needs.
