WORTH EVERY PENNY! IDK how I ever lived w/o it

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, Best Buy is AMAZING for offering such great college student deals (I had $150 deducted from my total for simply being in school), they shipped it for free, AND I RECEIVED IT IN LESS THAN 24 hours of placing the order! Fastest FREE shipping I’ve received with an online order before. Now on to the product.... My MacBook Air is INCREDIBLE! I’m so thrilled over the numerous cool features that I did not even know existed. It’s just the perfect laptop for any college students. I needed it for due to my classes being partially online as a result of COVID and it it runs all of the online curriculum required for my courses with ease! My favorite aspect of this new MacBook is DEFINITELY the fingerprint scanner. Initially it did not strike me as anything impressive feature wise for a new 2020 model MacBook, especially beings that Apple first introduced the fingerprint scanners a LONG time ago, but after actually getting/using the MacBook, I understand why it’s a clutch feature to add to a laptop... you don’t realize how big of a difference it makes until you no longer are typing tedious, REPETITIVE, annoying things like your emails, passwords, personal details, debit card information, etc. ANY MORE! HALLELUJAH! I am a slow typer so that was a total life changing moment lol. I’m not a person that splurges so it wasn’t an easy decision for me to pay hundreds of dollars for a laptop but believe me when I say it is soo worth the investment. I don’t regret buying it whatsoever; it exceeded my expectations to say the least. It’s super convenient and easy to operate that’s why I love the Mac Systems!

Became easy with this being able to have multiple tabs open and have your zoom meetings in the corner while you type notes or watch videos. I love my MacBook battery hours are wonderful and easy to store and carry around with you.

Get the M1 if you can

For general web browsing and MS office usecases it performs well. for any content creation the MacBook Pro is a better option. the improved performance and battery life of the M1 version is worth the upgrade as well.
