I bought a MacBook as an upgrade from my IPad when It became clear that my classes and social gatherings would be Zoom Meetings for the foreseeable future. It is very easy to set up, the camera and bigger screen were just what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this laptop, and buying it for Best Buy was quick and easy. I received follow up emails after my purchase making sure I was happy with my purchase. Great Service, would highly recommend.

This Mac Book is a good basic computer for a first year student. Quick processor and easy to understand.

I love, love my old Apple air, so I really bought this new one without much research. I wish I had looked more into it before I purchased. I was so annoyed that there is not one USB port! You have to buy a converter for a usb plug. The FaceTime camera is awful! It’s grainy and doesn’t adjust to the type of lighting around you like my old one. I believe the camera pixels, or whatever they are, are the same as the old air I have from 7 years ago. However, I feel like it’s worse than my old one. I still gave it 3 stars bc I’d much rather have an apple than a PC, and I do feel like they’re much better in quality than PCs.

It's sounds as if it's overheating easily. I AM also disapointed that itbhas no USB port. I had to buy an adapter And i don't like that. Good speed And very lightweight And pretty.

This is my first MacBook and I am impressed. It’s lightweight and easy to use. The battery life is excellent.

I just retired, and had to buy a laptop; I had previously been able to use my work laptop, a Mac, at home as well as at work. I thought I could manage the switch back to a cheaper laptop, a PC, but found it was easier to switch from a PC to a Mac than back to a PC. I returned the PC and bought the MacBook Air. There is one thing about it I object to: the lack of the usual USB ports. I had to buy an adapter just to be able to use a mouse.

I have always wanted a MacBook and I am not disappointed. It is user friendly, compact and convenient.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, I had to immediately begin working from home. Therefore, had to buy a laptop, but didn’t want to sacrifice quality & performance. I absolutely love this MacBook & even though we work primarily with Microsoft Windows at work, I’ve found it pretty easy to use other programs that are identical to the windows programs, which is ridiculously expensive. And Best Buy had it delivered to my front door (contactless) in 2 days.
