Came in bad shape with lines on screen!

The screen had lines. Contacted customer service with in the hour of delivery and dropped it right back off at UPS. Wish the refund process was faster. Been holding $700 on my account. Need funds to get a another one asap.

When i finally received the computer, it was broken. It wouldn’t stay on for more than 5 secs without restarting. Took it to my nearest best buy and they wouldn’t fix. I had to end up driving over a hour just to get it replaced.

I thought the Pre Owned would have been ok, it wasn't. at least the one they gave me. It was scratches and chips around the edge... The Battery would not hold a charge, with an error message Service Recommended. I reached out to some company from information inside the MacBook box but they were no help so already I'm in hassle to fix a battery that I only had for 1 day... bllllaaaaaahhhh, I returned it and purchased an Open Box. Im so much Happier!

The one pictured looks to be a newer model as it has the usb-c hookups and what I received was a 2015 model. returned for a better price elsewhere
