I'v been a windows OS person, never strayed.....until now. I have never had a computer that works so seamlessly. All of my devices, and I have plenty, connected with no issues, no constant restarts, no dropping and having to reconnect wifi printers, no having to wait for the computer to start up or cycle thru a loud fan upstart and the battery life for this computer is amazing. Needless to say, I am very happy with this purchase.

It's a good and strong laptop but there are some flaws to it with it not wanting to connect with the Wi-Fi. I have 2GB internet speeds and when across the house it won't pick it up and I know there's nothing wrong with my WiFi because everything else in the house connects to it with ease and no hiccups. Apple really didn't think about that with this model and truth be told, that's what's wrong with Mac. I don't have issues with my Windows desktop with connection. There's no port for a wireless mouse and you better pray that your mouse will be able to do Bluetooth or you're just royally F'd. If you want to run windows on it you can if you use Parcels but be warned it's super laggy. You can't play SWTOR (Star Wars The Old Republic) on it because it's too laggy. For the price that Apple is asking for it you would think it would do everything a desktop would do. The only main thing that this has going for itself would be the strong battery.

I bought this computer 7 months ago. Bought a 2nd one about two weeks ago for my granddaughter. I was a life time windows user. I'm glad switched to MAC. It works well with my Iphone. It's fast, so far problem free. I like the sharp screen. I enjoy editing photos. This computer is excellent for it. My granddaughter is going to her second year of SCAD college. It does all her required work without delays. She loves it.

I love my laptop. It's light and simple to use. I've been an Apple user for many years and had to upgrade from what I had before. I use this as my work computer and it has enough storage for everything I need it for. The sales person showed me options and felt it would be sufficient for my needs. Still love it.

Nice upgrade coming from 2017-2019 older Intel models. The M2 absolutely flies, and I was able to migrate everything in under 35 minutes. Excellent battery life is a nice bonus. Just wish it had the MagSafe charger.

Amazing laptop!!! This is my first ever Apple laptop. I was an HP person my entire life. After buying this and using it and having so many cool options, like being able to text from my laptop ol as if I was on my phone; is just so cool!! The screen quality is great, it is fast and very user friendly! I have and will continue to recommended best buy to friends and family for their laptop as well as other needs.

Amazing product!! Does everything that you need it to. Perfect battery life , insane sound , love the Touch ID to unlock and make purchases , good camera , great toughness and portabliliy. If i had one down side i would say screen size . That is the only reason I upgraded to the iMac but would still definitely recommend and I totally miss mine!

Upgraded from a 2009 MacBook. I was looking at an M1 model to buy since prices were more reasonable. I didn’t expect to find this M2 open box model which at that time I was thinking I was buying an M1 until I got home to turn it on. I paid under $800 for just the MB without any accessories. The BB manager that helped me totally hooked me up with missing accessories included in the price. Best Buy totally made my day.

I’ve owned various MacBooks for years and this one has to be my favorite by far. Speaker quality and display is amazing! Great entry level MacBook as well. I was originally scared of the touchbar as I’m really bad adjusting to new technology, but it is very user friendly. Love it!

Hands down the best laptop anyone will ever need to stay focused at work and be productive. The Apple M2 processor is so much faster than it’s predecessors that you barely notice any lag or performance drops while video editing or doing a little more complicated task! I recommend waiting for this to be at least $200 off original price as it would be a good deal then for a MacBook Pro!

It's a great MacBook good size good speed, great battery

I was going back and fourth between an HP and the MacBook Pro. I settled on the MacBook Pro and I have been very pleased with my purchase. It is user friendly, super easy to navigate and quick. I do not consider myself computer savvy so I appriciated the easy set up and walk through while setting my computer up.

This computer is a nice set up. The touchbar is a nice touch and build quality looks pretty solid. Having bought this one and owning the galaxy book 360, i am inclined to say that the value on this computer is only decent and not amazing. For the money, you can get a way better computer in all aspects. That would include processing power, build quality and easy of use. Not to take away from whay this computer is, a decent machine, but i will be buying a windows computer in the future when this one needs to be replace. Soley because of the price and what is given. This is still a very good computer. Its fast, its solid, and it looks like it will last a while. Software is refiend and there isnt much to complain about
