THE WAY OUR SALESPERSON EXPLAINED TO US, WAS NOT HOW THE PLAN WORKED. HE TOLD US IF BEST BUY HAD THIS SAME LAPTOP ON SALE, WE COULD GET AN ADJUSTMENT OF THE PRICE DIFFERENCE. WHAT HAPPENED WAS YOU GET A CREDIT TO GO TOWARD SOMETHING ELSE THAT YOU BUY.

My last MacBook pro, I bought in 2013, I've used it 10 years still works , I just wanted to upgrade. The new one definitely doesn't disappoint.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter and it was very warmly welcomed! Since she had all things Apple setup was a snap and all her info was transferred without any hassle. Much more expensive than the other operating systems but the Apple devotees will tell you, it's worth it.

Great laptop! This is my first Mac and I love it.

Got it for my son. As I watch him grow into the world of tech I knew that I had to get him something that would last long with unlimited power. I am happy with my purchase with over a month now. Thanks best buy for guilding me through to find the best buy!

This is latest M2 chip which is the faster processor.

I'm not too much of a fan of Mac`s in general; however, I was presently surprised with the new MacBook Pro. I think if you are in need of something versatile and fed up with windows issues, this is the way to go. At least, that's my opinion for now.

Its a beautiful computer with a lot of capability. Unfortunately id say it might be like half a second slower than hp on boot up time from a cold start, but it wasnt hard transitioning to mac and everyone at best buy was great.

Very easy product and service, the team member at this store were helpful and not only trying to get money out of us as customers instead they were showing home the best products that worked for us.

I recommend buying at Best Buy, for years I buy everything with them, the excellent service, attentive, the extra mile in terms of customer service.

The laptop is definitely awesome and worth purchasing. The only downside is the battery. If you are power user such as myself the battery lasts over 9 hours but I wish it was a little longer. Overall it’s a great purchase and definitely appreciative of the M2 chip.

Love the Macbook Pro. This was to replace my wife's computer at work. She was using a Windows 10 device which was hacked a number of times. Even Norton 360 did not catch it. I have a Macbook Pro pre the M1 or M2 chip. Her's is the M2 Chip. I'm jealous.

Not a fan. Am new to apple products, I tried the MacBook and find it absolutely NOT user friendly. Very difficult to navigate, small signage. Hard to move from screen to screen. I can't figure how to run multi screen. The graphics are great, sounds quality is amazing. I guess for Apple users the transition would be seamless.

Amazing service and great varieties of items. I will buy an iphone 16 soon from best buy.
