Definitely not happy with this laptop. It was actually a waste of money. Not only did the laptop stop working. I’ve put over 400$ into this laptop on top of the cost of the laptop. Once I hit 1000$ in repairs, which also includes that cost of the laptop. I just got ended up purchasing a NEW MacBook Pro from “Apple”. I personally would NEVER purchase any preowned items from “Best Buy” actually I’ll NEVER purchase “Apple products that are per-owned from Best Buy.

i would give this lap top a five star but only had a few months. bought it used so it does have a few scratches on it. software all works updated to the new ios software, system works great just what you expect from apple.

I have always been a PC user, do to the cost difference of the Apple line, but when both my laptops bit the dust, I started to revisit the idea of a Macbook. It took me about two weeks to settle on this Macbook Pro and I am glad I did. So far I am extremely happy with my purchase. I wasn’t interested in buying a new model due to the lack of usb ports without having to purchase an adapter, so this refurb’d Macbook Pro is perfect for me in every way.

The laptop does basic functions but after a week of using it, I got a notification saying the battery needs to be replaced. It now dies early, makes a lot of noise, and works slow. I went to Best Buy and they said they couldn’t help me. Horrible decision to buy this laptop.

Compared to buying new, this was perfectly priced and in excellent condition even though being refurbished. Despite its compact size, I feels a bit heavy to carry around. My next one will probably be the macbook air.

I did not mind the scratches or the dent on one side but the battery would not hold a charge for more than an hour. Paying this kind of money you would expect a better quality.

Great college computer - highly recommend refurbished- don't have to worry if they scratch or dent it - good buy

I purchased this laptop to replace my MacBook Air that my roommates cat tipped water onto. I knew I was buying an older model and that it would run a bit slower than my ruined one. To my surprise it worked great. It got everything I needed done plus more.

I love my Mac . Fast and easy to use. I would definitely recommend

Purchased the MacBook Pro for my son and he seems to like it so far. It is an older model so thought the price should have been less..installed different software so the MacBook Pro is moving faster now. There was a dent on the front which was suprising.

Only con is it is a little slow. First experience with a preowned electronic and am very pleased. Definitely the way to buy and save half the price. Recommend

This is a great laptop I purchased this one for my daughter for college, I also have one myself. Use it all the time, very durable, very user-friendly.

The computer works fine! A little on the slower side of things but if you're just looking for something that'll get the job done - I think the cheaper route might be best. With refurbished items, you never really know what you're getting - our laptop came with a crazy amount of scratches as well as a broken laptop "top?" I'm not sure how to describe it. I also purchased a 2019 MacBook Air around the same time and honestly for the extra $400 or $500 bucks, It's definitely worth just getting a new one! If you're on a budget, really don't care about the aesthetics , or just looking for something to get the job done - this might be a great purchase! :)

when you plug it on charge the color stays green even if the percent is zero. the moment you take if off the charge, the computer goes off. Not good to go bad within 6 months. Very poor and waste of money

Got the laptop and I was pretty excited to own a MacBook. However, my excitement didn’t last long because this MacBook started misbehaving and would constantly won't connect to the internet. I couldn’t even download Microsoft word. That’s how bad it was!

I mean, I’m happy overall but there are a few things i’m frustrated with. There is no iMovie, the pads on the bottom of the laptop are gone and the internal DVD player doesn’t work.

Item arrived with dents and scratches I can understand that item was used but for the price 1st impression was horrible and as soon as I turned on the item it started over heating at home and 1 hour later at Best Buy store employee agreed item was over heating to fast over all it’s a nice small lab top but I would highly recommend buying this item new ...

The price was good, the computer did work but the camera and the back were cracked upon arrival. Gamble for the price

Surprisingly it works like a brand new laptop. I love it!
