I love my mac! It’s running smoothly with no problems!

This was a good buy for a MacBook Pro until I realized Safari was an older version and I couldn't browse every website like FAFSA. The Safari on the MacBook was only a 10 version and to get on the FAFSA website, I needed the 12 version. I took the MacBook to the Geek Squad but they told me unfortunately it was an older version and there was no way to get the newer version of Safari. I ended up exchanging the MacBook Pro for a newer model MacBook Air. Everything else on the older laptop worked perfectly fine, the speed was there, and the battery life. I was nervous at first about purchasing a used MacBook but it worked pretty good that's why I gave it a 4 star rating. The only downfall was the older version of Safari that wouldn't allow me to access certain websites. I have mixed feelings about recommending this MacBook Pro. If you're in school like myself, I wouldn't recommend it. You would need full access to every website. If it's just for leisure, yes I would recommend it.

I’ve only had this laptop for a day but I already love it! I’ve always want a MacBook and I’m over the moon now that I have one! There’s a few little scratches but those aren’t that bad, but there is a grouping of scratches near the logo but nothing a case can cover up. Only con is that I wish I knew what year I was buying for the price I paid...would have saved me a little bit of time when it came looking for a case.

This laptop will do anything and everything I need of it. Only issue I have is the two USB-C ports. I did have to buy an adapter from Apple so keep that in mind. Yes, the hard drive is a bit small for the price, but it's incredibly quick. The flash storage makes up for it's small size in sheer speed. I would recommend this device to anyone looking for a new laptop.

This laptop works great for all my classes. It’s powerful and fast but also, lightweight. I have recommended this model to my mother.

I tried to save money and bought a older used model, I should of just bought a new computer instead. This laptop is not compatible with my new cannon printer so I can only print off my phone, I can’t AirPrint off the laptop or scan documents to it (I haven’t tried with a USB yet because I don’t have one). Also this computer is soooooo freaking slow sometimes. I’ll be in only google documents trying to type up a paper and it will randomly stop me with it’s stupid rainbow wheel, that drives me absolutely crazy. The battery lasts about 6 hours if I’m using it the whole time. It does also get pretty hot, I always have it on my lap. I’m going to look into what I can get updated so it will run faster. Also the laptop says the virus protection Best Buy gives with is not compatible, I got it to download but not sure it’s properly working. On a more positive note the display is really good and there were no dents or scratches.

Mac book was purchased refurbished and I was worried but it was just what we needed for an amazing price

Works quiet well and well worth the cost, which saved me a lot of money in the end. Product was in excellent condition.

It is a nice laptop with the exception that the battery needs replaced. I can’t have it serviced locally and have to ship it back or replace it myself. It needed security updates upon arrival which is to be expected, however it installed the latest iOS and really needs a memory upgrade now as it runs slow. This is my fault. I should have been paying attention. I should have gone on ahead and paid for a newer version.

Bought this laptop for my child for their junior year, great unit quite quick and responsive.

Purchased a refurbished model but very good price, works great and easy to use.

I USE IT EVERYDAY AND ITS EFFICIENT AND EASY TO USE. IT IS SOMETIMES SLOW TO STARTUP BUT THATS ABOUT IT.

I had to get a laptop since the kids have to do school from home. I got a great deal on this Mac for being pre-owned. Great condition! Looks new, the charger is the only thing that looks a little used but that’s not a big deal at all. I’ve only had it for a few weeks but so far works great!

So far I am happy with my purchase of a macbook air. I will have to wait to see if I am happy with the 121 gb of flash storage.

I was debating whether spending $1,300 on a laptop was worth it, and boy was it ever worth it. I purchased a Toshiba computer from Best Buy 6 months ago and it SUCKED (keys broke and it got multiple viruses). I finally decided to go big or go home and purchase a MacBook Pro, and it was well worth it. The price may be a little scary at first, but once you start up your MacBook Pro, you will realize it was well worth it. It takes a minute at most to get your MacBook started up, and the icons (Safari, iTunes, Mail etc.) take seconds to load. It is by far the fastest computer I have ever owned. The keyboard is lit up, which is nice when you are typing in dark room, but it also gives the MacBook Pro a sleek look along with the Aluminum Unibody. The battery life is great, (around 7 hours), and the trackpad is very easy to get used to. Also, the trackpad is customizable by you! It is lightweight which makes for easy portability. Due to the high price for this laptop, I would highly recommend a case for your MacBook Pro. Overall, if you are willing to pay the price for a Mac, then do it because you will be highly satisfied.
