For the price, it is a great workhorse of a computer. Smooth transitions with the Touch Bar. The camera makes for crystal clear FaceTime calls, webinars, etc. Super fast and connects with my other Apple products with very little effort. Just what I expect as a Mac Snob. :)

This laptop is a monster. My son was running programs for his coding classs which were locking up his older macbook pro. This laptop runs it without blinking. Worth every dollar, along with Best Buy total tech which helps with piece of mind for such an investment!!!!

Just upgraded from a 2018 13” MacBook Pro (intel chip), although I do miss the touch bar and the more compact size the extra screen real estate and 1000 nits peak brightness do make a big difference when using outside or in sunlight. I also notice a difference in performance when running multiple applications and tasks. Worth the upgrade in my opinion

This laptop is near a perfect laptop. Great screen, amazing trackpad, great keyboard, awesome speakers. MacOs has ups and downs and may not be for everybody. No matter how good these things are though I always feel like it is too much laptop for my use case. But it is just always a joy to use.

My granddaughter is delighted with her new computer. It does everything she needs and many things she enjoys doing for relaxation and entertainment. The very knowledgeable sales associate at the Springfield, MO Best Buy asked her all the right questions and recommended the Macbook that was just right for her, without things she didn't need.

I definitely far overtime whether I should spend $2000 on a computer but I’m glad I did because the MacBook Pro to me as a college student is working need to succeed you make the investment now and it pays off in the long term. This computer is amazing. I love it and I would definitely recommend it.

Great laptop! I originally had a MacBook Pro with an Intel CPU that was reaching EOL and want to upgrade for: * more powerful, more memory (kinda obvious) * longer battery life (this thing lasts considerably longer) * doesn't heat up all the time (i.e. cooling fans rarely turns on) Was not disappointed!

I love this MacBook! It was time to upgrade from my 2015 MBP 13" and I decided on this one. I've been using MacBooks for over a decade and have always gone with the pro models. I've had this one for almost 6 months now and haven't experienced any issues. If you're familiar with macs, transitioning to this one will be a breeze. If you're new to macs, it won't take you long to adapt. Setup is seamless and straightforward. It's very user friendly. I love the fingerprint unlock feature, which is an upgrade from my previous mac. No more having to type in your passwords on every site you visit, you can just use your fingerprint to fill in your saved password. iCloud syncs across your Apple devices if that's important to you, so you can access your information on any of your connected devices. Fast speeds and lots of memory. The camera and video quality are excellent. No issues with connectivity. Overall I'm completely satisfied and highly recommend this laptop for both personal and professional use.
