This has been our first MacBook Pro after years of purchasing PCs and it been great so far! Everything that we use it for has been running very smoothly and the learning curve has thankfully been very low. We already have iPhones and iPads and the experience with all have been great!

Great computer for all my creative work. I primarily use it for animation, sound design and movie editing. I would totally recommend!

This Mac has exceeded my expectations!! It processes large files very quickly. The Retina display is also very crisp and shows graphics and images very clear and bright.

My second MacBook. Made well, works great; fast, lightweight and Apple products never let you down. New touchpad feel and lack of DVD drive took a little getting used to. Battery life seems a little worse than in my older MacBook but acceptable.

It just doesn't get any better than this. The display is stunning and the computer is blazing fast. Also, very sleek and built like a tank. It is a piece of art. Very happy with this purchase.

Best laptops ever! Programmed PCs for years and ALWAYS had issues. Switched to a Mac about 6 years ago and all problems disappeared. Always ready to go and viruses/spyware are a thing of the past!

Did a lot of research and settled on this computer to meet all my needs. The folks at Best Buy were a tremendous help with figuring out what I really needed. This computer is built with excellent quality and the new features are great. Hope to have it for a long time just like my past Macs.

My 5 year old Dell XPS laptop finally went under and I had to replace it. Was a Windows fan ALL MY LIFE but decided to give Apple a shot. I must say, their hardware is nothing like I've seen in other laptops. The brushed aluminum feel is amazing and their speaker system is wayyy better than my Surface Pro 4. I should add that I use my SP4 as a tablet (most of the time) and my MBP 15 as my laptop replacement. In short, Windows and Apple both have their advantages and disadvantages. I am very happy with my macbook pro 15.

Significant weight reduction from previous 15 inch Mac Pro Book. The solid state drive is fast to power up and power down. Vivid display.

Fast, love the size, light weight and sleek design.

This is my second Apple Mac Book Pro with retina display. Product is well made; easy to use; and I was very happy with my first one which, unfortunately sustained a lightening strike when our home was struct by lightening in July. I am well satisfied with this Apple Product and the time capsule as well.

Needed this to run my engineering program. It is really powerful and has the possibilities.

My main use for this laptop is for home use for browsing the internet, emails for both home and work, and for editing of amateur GoPro footage. Most storage of the footag I plan to keep on an external hard drive. So far this is working out well. Here have been some issues with crashing of the GoPro editing software. I am not sure if this is an ,Apple error, a GoPro error, or both. This is the reason for the removal of one star.

This laptop is my first Apple computer and I am glad I switched from windows based system. I have iPhone and iPad but always preferred Windows computer's until now.
