Extremely Upset

It wouldn't even turn on for more than a minute without flashing static and restarting. I'm very upset that Best Buy wouldn't even bother checking to see if the laptop would stay on before sending it out. The laptop wasn't even cleaned- it had several smudges on the surface. I don't normally post complaints like this, but this was an extremely upsetting experience for me. I had to return it the day after I received it. I will never buy refurbished from Best Buy again and urge you not to as well.
