This MacBook was an open box item and was shown in the website as in excellent condition. When I got the shipment, I was shocked to see that it had scuff marks all over it. Packaging was very poor. This laptop does not have an Intel i9 processor, it comes with an Intel i7 processor and it is a 2017 model. I returned it and I got a 2019 model from Apple with an i9 processor for a cheaper price.

I like the brand and the specific product is top of the line, but for my needs I admit I spent too much. I’ll keep an eye out for less flashy models or well kept refurbs.

This was an amazing computer. I've used it for editing music videos and short films. My only complaint is that the screen stopped working and it had various colored bars going across it. GeekSquad said that it is a hardware (I agree) issue and that it could not be repaired. .. Or perhaps it would be too costly? My complaint is that it seemed to break on it's own. It rarely left my home and I took such good care of it.
