Bought 5 of these. The actual Macbooks were okay with one having a fussy USB port. But all came with horrible 3rd party chargers. Good luck getting it serviced under warranty.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Best Buy. The product arrived in poor condition—it wasn’t in its original packaging, was missing the original power cord, and had visible nicks and scratches. I was genuinely shocked by the state of the item. I’ve received better-quality items from eBay. I expected much more from a reputable retailer like Best Buy.

After 6 months of using it, the laptop stopped charging altogether.
When we contacted best buy and went to a best buy store, they said they don't provide any sort of warranty or even take apple products for repair.
Customer support keeps redirecting me to use geek squad agent who in turn redirects me to customer support as they can't solve warranty issues
It is clearly a manufacturing defect. There many such intel based MacBooks that have similar problems.

This is the second MacBooki ordered. First was screen issues. Received this one without a charger no I gotta deal with Apple. Apple trust Best Buy but for what who knows

It lags very bad. I will be typing emails and it takes the computer several moments to catch up and then it legs even more. The battery life is also very poor. They clearly did not replace the battery either.

The computer was good just a little scratches but all you couldn’t tell unless all on it.

I would give zero stars if I could. It arrived with someone else’s Apple ID already logged in rendering it completely useless. I will skip all the running around and hours on the phone to rectify the problem. So in short I learned 1) you can’t return it to a store because it’s locked up with user info 2) there is absolutely no customer service 3) I’m STILL waiting for my refund

Had to return item because I was not able to log into my Apple account whjch made it absolutely useless to me. The laptop was not unlocked properly before my purchase. Not interested in purchasing any more refurbished electronics from Best Buy. Terrible experience.

Cumputer only last 1 month now it wont even turn on, selling refurbished damage goods that they won’t even last one month,never do it again very very upset with Best Buy over this

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve had this computer only since 3/26/24 and it’s not a right. I took it back to Best Buy and was told no warranty and to have the geek squad work on it it cost me another $200. I’ve never had an issue with Best Buy before but now after this experience I think I’m done with them. This is a scam in my opinion.
