I’ve been using the Apple laptop with the M4 Max chip and 1TB of storage for a few weeks, and it’s been an incredible experience. The performance is lightning fast—whether I’m editing 4K videos, running multiple apps, or just working with dozens of tabs open, it never slows down. The 1TB storage is more than enough for all my files, and transferring data is quick and seamless. Battery life is a standout; I can easily go a full day without reaching for the charger, even with heavy use. The design is sleek and lightweight, the display is stunning with vibrant colors and sharp details, and the keyboard and trackpad are a dream to use. My only complaints are the steep price and the limited number of ports, but if you’re looking for top-tier performance, long battery life, and ample storage, this laptop is absolutely worth it.

Love the MacBook Pro w/ M4 Max Chip technology, Mac has been my goto Computer for the last 12 years along with all of my other Apple products! Purchased my last MacBook Pro in 2014 and it’s never let me down! It was just time for an Upgrade! HURRAY ME!

I got this photograph editing for my business. I’ve always been an HP person but out of the box and I’m already in love with this MBP. The only thing that I’m still working on is opening and closing pages because those options are in opposite corners. I love this and hate I waited so long to get a MBP

Amazing laptop... Purchased to replace my M1 Mac Book Pro 16". Super fast, screen is great, keyboard and trackpad have a great feel. I use of all around computing and keeping up with my photography shoots when on the road. Price was better than at Apple. Best Buy staff were very helpful.Highly recommended.

If you can afford it, get it. This is my first MacBook and I don’t regret it one bit, even though it is beyond my skill level. It’s just a great thing to have, but it’s also something you’ll want to work on and maybe even learn something new. Get it.

Amazing product, but I would recommend more RAM for anyone using Adobe products regularly. May be a little overkill for the average user who doesn't have a need to edit graphics.

I ordered a brand new MacBook Pro M4 and was shipped a used Google chrome laptop in a used MacBook Pro case. The headache of trying to receive the correct item was so unimaginable I eventually just asked for a refund. I will willingly pay for this from a different provider. What’s worse, the Best Buy employee who took my order lied to me to get me to sign up for Best Buy Plus. He said I’ll get $10 for every $100 I spend, a blatant lie. Not only did an employee blatantly lie to me, but I was sent a used & incorrect item for what was supposed to be a brand new product. The lack of customer service help was astonishing enough to make me want to leave this review as a cautionary tail. The lack of customer service willingness to mediate the situation was also astonishing. I hope this saves someone time

I am still pretty old school in how I approach buying computers. I tend to run what I buy into the ground before I buy a new one, and I was literally coming from a MacBook Pro 2015 prior to this. The only reason I even moved to a new computer was due to the fact that updates, for even applications like Microsoft Office, were not updating anymore. That being said, the price tag is a bit hefty - but I am once again very happy with my purchase. I am a software engineer and do not game at all really, so I'm primarily focused on productivity applications and video and photo editing as a hobby The screen is beautiful, the keyboard is great, and the thing that probably shocked me the most was how resilient the battery is. It lasts a really long time every charge, and that's even with connecting a second monitor for work. The extra money for the SSD being 1 TB was also a consideration, as my last laptop had a 512 gb SSD and the way things go, space became an issue to balance. Not with this computer. The 36 GB of memory also has kept all my applications running super fast (even when I leave them open for days), and I am able to run a lot of different things at once without worrying. In conclusion, I feel to some extent you get what you pay for with things like this. I think about how much I rely on this for so many tasks, and given the life I got out of my last computer, the price tag made me hesitant - but after using it for months now I am very satisfied with my purchase.
