I love my IPhone 6 ! The vast memory storage of128 G gives me an enormous advantage over my former iPhone 5 8G . Excellent camera !!! My granddaughter loved my IPhone !

Well first of all I want u to know that after one month using the phone , the screen turn out to be pink very strong , or green , for some reason the screens got so bad , and iam sure was some defect already in the phone an unfortunately I was the luck ones to buy the phone , can’t even see the real colors on the phone now , all I see it’s pink or green and bother my eyes .

I would have given 0 star or something negative if possible....worst service ever....it came in a box that looks like a duplicate phone...doesn't even look like an iPhone.... on top of it if we wish to return ,there is fee of $35 .. worst thing ever ...never buy something online with best buy... wasting people's money and time

Came with a scratch at the side but no dents better than I expected.

For 128G this was excellent value for money. The product had no scratches. The only small criticism is the non apple box it came in.

Bought 2 pre owned IPhone 6 (excellent) and with the exception of one dent/scratch on one of the phones, they seem to be in great condition and working fine.

The phone is in good condition and it works fine. When I received the phone it still had the previous owners passcode to get into phone on it. I had to take phone to the Apple Store for factory reset. At least there was no Apple ID required so I was able to get phone activated and everything is fine now....

Got phone for wife who wanted to upgrade from an iPhone 3s . wanted to be able to FaceTime , open harder emails, save photos, and contacts, etc. No need to upgrade to latest phones that do things she will never need or want to do. So a good used iPhone 6 seemed a smart choice. Also had Bonus points from Computer purchase, so very little cash out of pocket.

Got this phone for my daughter and she loves it! It's faster than her old one and has more memory.

I bought this phone and immediately had a problem charging it. Before I bothered setting it up I went in to my local Best Buy store and they told me it was probably just a bad charger (the charger that cam with it) I asked him to the phone and he did and said it was fine so I bought a new charger. That charger did finally charge it but the fluctuation in the amount the phone said the battery was actually charged was up and down by 20% at a time. After a couple of weeks this new charger I bought was also no longer charging the phone so again I went to my local store. A geek squad team member checked it out and said the phone tested fine and it was probably just the charger, I purchased ANOTHER charger. Still my phone will not hold a proper charge. It will say I and at 60% then 10 minutes later it will say 30% then 5 minutes of use later it will say 6% then stay at 6% for an hour then just die one me. There is no telling how long it will truly last but if I use it a normal amount (and I do not watch videos on it) it will not last 14 hours without needing to be charged up. I have now bought charging cords to have one at home, one in the car, and one at work because I never know when I am going to need them. I am highly disappointed in this phones battery issues and the fact that they keep telling me that my charging cords are bad. But I like the phone a lot other than that. Don't buy refurbished unless you are paying less than $75. Maybe then it is worth the hassle

phone was delivered to my work. Took it to cellphone co. store and told that swapping out the sim card was all that was necessary. I had no service, so I went to cell phone co. near my home. Told that something was internally wrong with the phone. Took it to Best Buy at Garden State Plaza, and no one would even look at it! Customer Service Rep was extremely dismissive. I then tried to return the phone, but left the charger at work. Went to mid-town Best Buy and, again, told that something was wrong on the cell company's end (he swapped his sim card and got service. I then wanted to return the phone and get a difference cell carrier. Best Buy, again, had very rude Customer Service when trying to set up new service. Asked for my pin number to my cell co. guessing, I gave the correct number after two failed tries, but told THAT wasn't correct. Cell co. rep finally diagnosed the problem as a needed software update, which took a few minutes and I had service. DON'T SELL UNLOCKED PHONE THAT NEEDED THE UPDATED SOFTWARE OR PROPERLY DIAGNOSE IT! The phone itself works fine.

Great buy game in without a dent or scratch!!!!!!!

This has been a great phone! One year later I am still using it without any problems. I bought the phone refurbished and it looks brand new. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable alternative when getting a new phone.

phone has some minor scratches on the corner but the rest of the phone looks like new. The quality of this phone is still pretty good. I am not sure about the life of battery but so far so good.

It takes excellent pictures and has plenty of storage. I love it! My phone was refurbished, although I can't see the difference because it has no complications.

Ordered my iPhone, got it quickly. First problem, was that the sound can not be turned off when taking pictures. (phone must have come from Japan) After about 3 months battery died. Called warranty place, had to pay to ship phone to them. Took about 5 more days before they wrote back and said they no longer had the color I had, so they were sending me a different iPhone. Got the new iPhone in the mail. Again could not put sound off when taking pictures, and now after 5 days, battery is again going bad. Calling today to see if I can get my money back. Not worth it! Very frustrated.

I bought this iPhone pre-owned in February 2017. The first 8 months , it worked very well. But lately, it is not charging completely. And wherever percentage is changed, it’s goes down quickly. Right now, the phone does not want to charge at all. So, I have to bring it to an Apple store to be fixed.

This is the first iphone I have purchased. We use a pay as you go plan and they allow 'bring your own phone.' the phone we had before was very old and it was time for an upgrade. the phone came exactly as described, nice sealed packaging, with usb cable and ac adapter. Once i received my sim card from my carrier, the phone activated perfectly and walked me through the set up features. Very happy with the purchase. Looking forward to learning more about the many possibilities the phone has to offer.

It was a good price and a good deal but there were a few things I disliked: no original USB cable, no original headphones and the charger was a cheap one. The phone was in a good shape and it was unlocked and that's what I was looking for. It's a good option for a secondary phone or one to gift to someone not to picky.
