I bought this for my Mom for Christmas. She loves it. It was a vast improvement from her old Iphone.

The iPhone came very clean appearance wise with no large scratches or blemishes. However it is disappointing that the phone also came with a battery capacity of only 82% and it requires frequent charging. Looks like it is going to cost my mother-in-law another $49 for a new battery.

Call then to see if we pick a phone up from the store and they told us they didn't have it in store I'd have to order it online, I would get the phone the next day though so we were happy or so we thought. I saw that they had it going to the wrong apartment number so I called them back later that day and talk to him about that come to find out it wasn't going to be delivered for five more days and we needed it the next day the guy I talked to you lied to me saying I would one day shipping. So after 2 hours on the phone with them being transferred from one to another person finally talk to somebody and they said they can cancel the order and they refund me my money and we can go back to the store and just get it that day so we said sure. Come to find out they didn't refund my money like they said they didn't. I found out the next day that my bank account had not heard of any money coming back so I called Best Buy again just to have them lie to me again saying that the money would be back as fast as the bank will let me get it. That was also why. I later found out that they have a 7 to 10 day waiting period for refunds. After talking to a lady for an hour the next day she had helped me by letting me know that they didn't cancel the order they didn't have that option and they were still sending it to my apartment complex but to the wrong apartment number. They said they would switch it but they never did. Then they told me that I just have to catch him before they deliver it to the wrong place or call UPS and see if they can deliver to our apartment and not the other person's. Which didn't happen. Very disappointed hours of my time wasted just to be lied to you by several people from a company that you think would be in the top of customer service. I won't be shopping here anymore
