checked battery health & its in great condition, no damage to keys, no damage to screen. almost excellent condition as far as all surfaces/exterior & entire body/casing of the laptop. basically looks brand new. came WITH charger. thought i would need a laptop cover but nope. shipping packaging was horrible though & seems this would be priority to best buy so that the laptop is in top condition when a customer recieves it which would stop a return/refund. it was shipped wrapped in paper. yes paper. overall i’d give it an A-/B++ condition because the single ding/dent/flaw is barely noticeable. & for $284 i feel i got a steal. i was worried from reviews but its the best purchase ive made in a long time. as far as operating, ive put it thru the ringer for a month straight, coding & building an entire online storefront, it got me thru & is operating just fine. will buy pre owned again from best buy. tip, when u recieve the laptop, if laptop seems to die fast, switch out charger. its probably just a crappy charger they sent with laptop & NOT an actual issue with the laptop. was shocked to even receive a charger with the laptop but i did & it worked fine. but also bought a pre owned 2015 laptop & that charger was crappy. i initially thought there was a battery issue with laptop but it was just the charger. got a new charger & it’s perfect now
