Is useful for connecting external SSD and other peripherals. Wish it would come in black and not just white.

Wish it were longer but it works fine. It does feel sturdy though like a solid feel with it.

When it comes to cables, particularly with my high-end equipment, I never settle on 3rd-party vendors. I'm sure there are good ones out there but I always go with Apple authorized cables for quality, even though they are a bit too pricey in my opinion. Also, with Thunderbolt 3 and regular USB-C cables, you have to be mindful of the port fit. This model fits my MBPro perfectly!

When my dog chewed to charging cord to my Macbook I needed a replacement. This is does the job but is a little short, that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

I am pleased with the quality of the Apple TB3 (USB-C) cable. The length is perfect for my setup. There were plenty available at my local Best Buy location. I would recommend getting a few of these for the price.

This was the only short Thunderbolt 3 cable that supports 40 gb/s and is completely built with quality in mind.

Great replacement cord for my laptop. I do wish it were slightly longer, but it definitely works properly, and is of good quality.

I bought this to experiment with the Thunderbolt 3 speed claims of the day and let me tell you they can rival them in very select instances. While it's a headache with current protocol to make a fast and stable network connection from just the two computers, it is absolutely marvelous and feels like a tiny iPhone cord that doesn't bend but charges a brick.

It’s an Apple product, it’s expensive but it does what it’s supposed to. I’d rather pay extra than my phone keep saying, “you connected off brand junk to me” all the time.

I've so far only used this for charging; it works fine for that. (If you only need to charge, look for "USB-C Charge Cable" instead.) I chose to get it to go with my backup charger in case I need to connect a monitor or accessory in the future. Note that there's a longer option at basically the same price. This one is a bit shorter than the charging cable that comes with the MacBook Pro.

It’s just a little to short but it has way more quality and thickness then the regular cable

Quality Apple thunderbolt cable that I use to connect my MACBOOK Pro laptop to an external screen. Only negative is that it is very short.

It is a sturdy charging cable. I would wish it was longer--barely reaches from the floor to the laptop on my desk.

Despite the cable being short, it works well with Thunderbolt devices! Highly recommend++

Hopefully, this Apple product will last longer than the old apple cables that yellowed and cracked rather quickly, even compared with the offbrand competitors.
