Son had heard about this from a friend and wanted to try it. My son loves this.

Setup was a little scary but not as bad as i thought. There was a few questions . The remote is so tiny it is hard to hold onto and I wish it had a few more buttons to it, like rewind, replay last 15 secs, fast forward, I had to buy a new sound system to make sound come out of sound system instead of crappy tv sound, but my sound system was a few years old and worked fine but just technology has changed. Its simple , if you plug HDMI from the APPLE TV into your TV, the sound has to pass thru TV to your sound system , or if you plug HDMI from APPLE TV to your sound system, the video has to pass thru to the tv. But APPLE TV displays not only APPLE shows but other apps you can download also like YOUTUBE, HULU etc (using internet connection).

I love how i am able to move it from tv to tv and the picture quality is great!

I have 3 of these now. I mainly use them to stream media from Disney+ or my local Plex server. Streaming 4K content works very well. Supports Dolby Atmos. Easy to use and navigate through the menues.

I had the previous Apple TV and it was great. 4K movies are amazing on my 4K TV!

All the great things you have heard about Apple TV are true. Just like all Apple products you don't have to read anything to setup or use. So simple a baby could do it. 4K looks and sounds wonderful! Load all your TV apps on it and enjoy!

awesome product. much better than my smart tv. easy to use and much faster in my opinion. very high quality picture being 4k. it's a must have for netflix and streaming from your iphone.

I upgraded from a version I apple TV bought many years ago. When I was researching which new version to get, I decided to "go for the gusto" and get the 4K. It is amazing. There's a bit of learning curve with where to find my shows because the user interface is a tiny bit different...but the picture quality is OUTSTANDING! There is a marked difference in the picture quality between my "regular cable TV" and the movies coming through the Apple TV. The remote is very easy to use although a tad sensitive. I love that it has the dictation feature so I can fast forward 30 seconds or start over...I can even tell it to play a movie and it automatically does it! It won't be long before I buy one for other places in the house!

Like it so far fast using it for streaming Tv working well for that have not used the free trial stuff that came with it yet, I like it seems like quality made product.

Loved how easy it was to set up and that it was easily available in the store.

I haven't seen all the bells and whistles but like what I've seen so far of the new 4K Apple TV. I really like how recent HD movies purchased are automatically upgraded to 4K for our convenience.

Just love it. To have all your favorite movies in one place makes like easier.

Easy setup and picture quality was great. Improvement over the older version in terms of usability. Like the remote but took a bit to get used to as it was very different from the legacy version.

I would recommend Apple TV as the best streaming device out. It is more expensive but is very user friendly and if you have apple products you can connect all together. Streaming ESPN is my favorite because you can watch 4 games at once.

This was purchased to replace an Apple TV I gave to a family member, and is the first 4K Apple TV we've owned. Its primary function was to be as a HomeKit hub, and it works well for that purpose. Having recently moved, and not having set up the TV until a couple of days ago, we had no idea how it would work for the iTunes and Amazon Prime video functions. It produces very good images. As an example, we are watching the British ITV program "Shetland." This features much outdoor photography in the visually stunning Shetland Islands at the north of Scotland. The change over the previous generation Apple TV is amazing, even on a 70" screen. Highly recommend this to those considering a streaming device, particularly where HomeKit integration is a consideration.

I have several Apple TV’s and this one is a must have with any 4K TV purchase.
