It's a cord

It attaches my MacBook Air to a "regular" USB device. Not very exciting. I will say, though, that this particular adapter gives a much tighter fit than the cheap third party adapter that I bought a couple years ago. It also seems a lot more sturdy. So there is some benefit to buying this particular one.

Umm it just works and I need it
