Great Adapter for Emrtgencies

It works fine. But I'm not overly fond of it sticking out of the computer. I also have to stick another piece out of it to attach my SD card to it. Wish Apple hadn't changed cables. But I've had no problems using it.

Are there cheaper options? Sure, but are those cheaper options more likely to be faulty or fall apart rather quickly? Most likely. You usually get what you pay for with dongles/adapters/cheap electronics.
