    I had the first enervation watch and this was such a nice upgrade and I can actually make a call and talk on it and send text messages.

    I love my Apple Watch this one is upgrade. I hate Apple for discontinuing my color (blue) other than that the watch does what it needs to do.

    THIS REVIEW IS NOT ABOUT THE PRODUCT! I'm sure it would have been fine knowing Apple usually has quality products. THIS REVIEW IS OF THE BB CUSTOMER SERVICE! My 74 year old mom bought this watch since she has had trouble with her legs and falling. Well, we got the watch and it does look nice, but when she went to hook it up to her Verizon account they said it was going to be $30 more. She is on her own and on a budget and just can't afford that so she wanted to return it. Unfortunately, in that small window of time, one of my brothers had to undergo surgery for cancer and we within a few weeks, my other brother was found deceased in his home. We missed the return window since our thoughts were definitely NOT on a watch. I messaged BB the day after the return window and they said there was no returning the watch. They would give me store credit. The point was she is on a budget. We have been loyal customers for over a decade or more. I'm not sure why they couldn't make an exception this time. I'll reconsider my purchases from here on out.

    I would not recommend to invest this much money in it due to battery capacity. Battery back up is low for apple watch.

    My product arrived with no device, The band and the charger were included in what looked like a brand new package with stickers and no visible tampering. It was a Mother’s Day gift from my 88 year old mother who wanted to do something nice for me. We are both shocked and disappointed with the lack of integrity and support from customer service.
