Honestly I am not quite sure the point of gift cards. You don't have the balance in front of you and if there is only a small amount left it's stuck on a proprietary card. Not only that but with these cards you have to choose a preload gift amount.

Arrived unactivated. The restaurant, the best buy store, card customer service, online best buy chat agents and over the phone best buy agent couldnt figure out how to activate it. I was treated like an annoyance. Ended up being sent a replacement but had to wait over a week to even get it. Waste of time and money. Worst customer service experience. Just make sure to order gift cards in the store in cause an issue occurs then it can be handled with in person.

Be careful when buying speciality gift cards here. When I received these, they were not activated which was a little frustrating at my son’s birthday dinner. My most recent online shopping experiences with this company have been incredibly poor. There are better, more reliable places to shop.

I actually bought this for my mom, so when I'm not there to treat her. She can go to Applebees and get herself a little something. The three separate cards is actually handy so she doesn't really have to worry about getting the card back.

Bought these for Christmas and we went to use them and got declined. We literally just opened up the package before trying to use. Called the number and all three $15.00 cards were expired or not activated. Now I am out 45.00 and cannot use the gift cards. Bought other gift cards so who knows if any of them will work either.

The gift card was just enough to cover our dinner for two it was easy to use and the food was great!!!!

I received the $45 Applebees card pack and handled them out for Christmas gifts and the cards were not activated. Is there anything I can do to Get them Activated?

Terrible service on BB part. You have to activate the cards, they give you an email address which I have reached out twice and get no response. I called the 800 number and was transferred twice because those folks could only work with a gift card to BB and then waited for 30 minutes with no answer.

We're never activated. When I called Bestbuy can see that they are not activated and are not able to activate and will not replace cards.

We got these cards from Best Buy points we accrued from a major purchase. We used them for a group of us and they worked great.

Purchased cards for parents to have dinner on us. Just a little surprise! Everyone likes surprises, but not this kind! They ordered curbside to go. Scanned cards and nothing on them. Will not purchase Applebee’s cards again. They were so embarrassed, as was I! She just brought this to my attention, so there is nothing I can do about it now. I’m sure!

I take cards with me all the time so when someone says it's my birthday I give them a gift card
