Yes, there are some changes (i.e. no headphone jack, updated camera, different touch "button") but overall they are for the better. I love my iPhone 7. I'm not someone who is super hi-tech or anything. The iPhone has enough of the basic technology of an iPhone that it is simple and easy to use for someone who has loved iPhone for years. Also, the battery life is amazing! It lasts me two days easily. I am definitely satisfied with my purchase.

Apple products are my 1st choice and I also want Apple protection. They are the best.

This is like an evil necessity. You want to replace your phone for a reasonable price IF you break it, but you obviously never want to break it. And the "insurance" that most mobile carriers provide is a joke because you pay $12+ a month then when you make a claim they surprise you with a $200-$300 deductible, whereas with AppleCare you can pay $8 a month for a $99 deductible. This is obviously, without a doubt the better option.

Its always a great idea to get the apple care plan. Its a great investment to have especially if you want to keep your IPHONE for a while. It helps protect your investment so you don't have to repurchase an entire new phone again if something happens to it,

I never get a phone without a service plan. It never fails you need it when you don’t have it. Besides, you wouldn’t spend that much on any other electronic equipment without a service plan, so why not your phone?

We have always liked purchasing additional coverage for new phones for the "just in case" possibilities. We have peace of mind knowing phone is covered if something happens during initial two year use of phone.

I like this protection plan. The only down side is you have to mail your phone in and wait for your replacement phone which could take a few days. Unless you live close to an Apple store then you can take it in for same day service, which we don’t have any nearby.

Cheaper and more cost effective if I damage my phone than when I was using GeekSquad protection plan. Haven't have to use apple care yet but from what I've heard the protection plan is good.

If you're clumsy, get this protection plan! I'm glad Best Buy offers AppleCare and gives the option to pay for it monthly. Now I have peace of mind if anything ever happens to my phone.

I cannot even thing about purchasing a cell phone for my children without purchasing applecare. If give you peace of mind that is important with such a large investment.

Again the apple care insurance has come in handy as we've had issues and mishaps. We absolutely Love not having to pay full price for repair.

Not on purpose but I mean stuff happens so like about this plan and I hope that it works. Luckily I haven't had to use it as of yet .

I got apple care for my new iPhone 6S. Got convinced that I should definitely have it for this expensive phone. It gives a piece of mind.

I’ve had to use Apple care in the past and they are so helpful. Products are fixed in a timely manner and at no charge.

This is a great investment for your phone. Makes it easier when wondering about if you have an accident with your phone.

Easy to sign up and start using. Cheaper than insurance through Sprint and better

I love love love my phone. Storage is great, features are great. Tried android and immediately went back to iPhone.
