I think it’s a great product (sometimes (10% of the time) the video recorded is not that good but it’s great that you can manage it wireless and that it works core free in both energy and video!) but I’m not that satisfied with the service and how it works … I can’t understand why we can’t store our stuff in an external drive rather than in their cloud … specially with a base including 2 usb ports. If you are planning to use it in a different country than US be careful because they don’t have service available everywhere, check availability first …

I purchased this security system for my home after I let my last one go when I sold my home. In the past I have used wired systems which are a pain to set up physically, and even more difficult to go live on line. The system I used before required a third-party app for mobile viewing which was difficult to sync up and often updates were slow to follow os changes. This one is simple to install, and just as simple to set up on my phone. The one drawback is not having a built-in hard drive/DVR.

Cameras were easy to set up and install. The picture quality is good when set to the highest resolution.

My only concern would be battery life. Other than that it works great and install was super easy.

These cameras are great. I've never had a security system at my house but there have been several house robberies in my neighborhood lately so I purchased these cameras because a friend recommended them. They are very easy to set up, wireless, send notifications directly to your phone, and a monthly service isn't required. I highly recommended.

I purchased this to add to Arlo system already installed...it doesn't have sound like our other system, but it's just extra cameras, so not really needed...

Decent performance. Decent battery life. Good image quality Lag on motion detection. Starts recording generally about 3 seconds after motion started. No audio. No local recording even though it's clearly just a firmware upgrade away. They kept this for the Pro version that is almost twice as expensive.

Very easy set up. Love the alerts on my phone when I am gone from home. Easy to turn off Cameras when I am home.

Really like the wireless cameras. Has a good picture and fairly easy set-up.

I've bought two of these systems. Just download the app, setup your account, sync the cameras and it's ready to go! Up and operational in 20 min. My only issue was on the second system, since it is a refurbished, it was still linked to whoever bought it the first time. Just had to call Arlo customer service and it worked fine once they dissociated it from the previous owner.

Easy setup, great video quality and free cloud service. Poor battery life.

I used this one as my 5th camera, and it works fine. Only thing is the sound doesn't come out of the camera when speaking through the app. You can hear sound from camera, and picture is as good as the Arlo Pros. Connectivity is as simple as the Arlo, and holds charge just as well.

If you are looking for a so so quality camera, like just for known someone passed by or get a glance of the your place. It will do the job fine, however if you are looking to have a decent night vision, and talk or mic capability, this isn't it. However if you are not looking any of that, you should be good.

Refurb Arlo works just as perfectly as the new Arlo - 2nd one I bought!

We had a hard time setting them up, but they work great. Only issue is they are on a slight delay.

One of the four cameras didn't work. Customer service was a little helpful. Best Buy was great.

Works well, batteries die quickly and the sensitivity is ridiculously sensitive even when adjusted. Constantly resetting and reconnecting to hub as well.

Nice bang for your buck. May upgrade to the talking ones. Only thing I don't like is you get an email every time there's movement. This results in time deleting them. Not sure if you can turn the emails off. I should research further. Good picture quality.

I wanted to add one more camera to my ARLO system. This was easy to add to my current system and the refurbished camera works as well as my new ones. No issues at this time. Camera has been in use for about a month now.
