Replaced my old motorolla modem with this ARRIS - Surfboard modem. For more than a month i dont see any downtime when Motorolla needed daily restarts. Setup with xFinity was seamless and quick. Modem's app allows making changes to all components or the same can be done from xFinity app. The price is steep but with BestBuy finance option not a problem.

This router is easy to plug in and set up. Once done, it finds all available devices and gives the option to add or leave out each item

This product is exactly what I was looking for. I have a three-story home and my old router was not powerful enough to accommodate my entire home. My provider is Xfinity and this product was one of their recommendations. I am very satisfied with it. I did have to call customer service to help me set up the app. Other than that, it was very easy to install and set up.

The unit is still new to me, to early to rate it's performance. Seems like it is working good though. Very disappointed with the sales person at Best Buy. His info was very misleading. He just wanted to make the sale

Love the device, light weight and easy to set up. It is much larger than your (likely ISP provided router) so plan accordingly. Would be nice with this large of a device to have more ethernet ports but other than that, sleek and simple.

Router, did exactly what I wanted it to do was having an issue with connectivity, and now I have no issues at all

Easy setup with Mediacom . Works well with speeds I’ve never experienced before even using the rented one from internet provider. Works better than first thought.

This unit has been running strong for several months. Rarely need to power cycle it... compared to my previous few Netgear modem/router combo units, which needed to be power cycled every 2-3 weeks. Definitely recommend.

The set up was easier than any other modem/router combo and the range is superb. The light combo is way easier to tell if theres something wrong too. Makes it alot easier for folk who don't know what each light means on an older modem/router.

I have good signal but I can only see 5 connected devices on the app so I can't set parental controls. I tried doing what the blogs all say which is keep deleting the app and redownloading it but I do not get any different results. Prior to installing this modem I had one that I would set timers on for items like TVs or cable boxes that constantly draw signal and would have them disconnect at night or during the day when we were not at home. Doing this would keep us at about half our available Wifi for the month on Xfinity. Since installing this I have gone over the 1G Wifi each month and can't see on the app what is causing the excess consumption issue. If the app wasn't an issue I think this would get 5 stars.

I try to keep up with everything in networking, knowing what I have( Arris G34) does okay but range and coverage was lacking. WiFi 7 is the future. My Arris G54 has it all. Range and power is three fold!

The unit is working well and does not display any lag time.

Works really well but my cable network said it’s way overkill for 1gbs so I decided to keep my current one. When my current one fails completely, I’ll be buying this again.

Its ok i dont see hardly any change with speed or differents from my old modem

It was difficult to install. Xfinity made it worse, and it was over the weekend.
