Easy setup and super fast wifi ! I love it. An excellent piece of equipment.

This unit is overpriced. I have not succeeded yet to successfully call the support. I think their support policy has changed.The speed is a little bit faster than the previous modem, although it fluctuates during the day. I have to reboot the modem to get a better speed.
After I reboot the modem twice, the speed will improve. We bought the fastest speed from our carrier.
We are supposed to get >1200 Mbps, but we are not getting close to the speed that we are paying for. (We even changed the cables to Cat 8.) The main reason we bought this modem is to get a better speed. (I am not sure which end is responsible. I don't think this is the modem's problem) I am including this information for other potential buyers.

Amazing speed on this thing, 2200 download and bout 450 to 490 upload. HOWEVER the range is HORRIBLE. My home is about 2000 SQ feet, I say it would only reach 75 of the home. the other spots were dead. Crazy for a product this expensive with four bands. My little wifi 6 netgear router reached double the range of this item. I was so hopeful for it, what a let down.

So, long story short, tried to buy this item in store and turn in my old modem per their sites policy. Was told that they only do 15% off of product if you pay for them to come and install it! Nothing on the websote says this is required! On top of which, they cant even install this because the account owner has to talk directly to the ISP! So what do they do? Ill take my buisness elsewhere, unbelievable!
