Item arrived quickly and was pretty easy to set up. Tested Netflix upon opening and it worked well. Tried Netflix a few weeks later, recived a message stating the app needed to be updated. I have not yet been able to update the app (stoll troubleshooting). I was able to “download” the Netflix movie on the device to view it. Picture is good quality and sound is decent. I did pair the device to a Bluetooth speaker to enhance the sound. Overall, good purchase.
