As a fan of the Forza Motorsport series and Gran Turismo I wanted to try out a game like this. I have many friends that play racing games and Assetto Corsa was recommended to me by a friend. I really enjoy this game, however in certain areas it's underwhelming. It's a great sim for those that enjoy Sim racers, but this is a game that will not hold your hand. The user experience for a new comer isn't great as they don't do a good tutorial job of explaining how the game works. It's a little more difficult in things like turning where the game won't auto stop or slow your car down, you have to do it yourself. That's not a big deal for me, but I can imagine it would frustrate other players that want to be assisted with this. Difficulty I'm OK with, there's a pretty large gap between easy and medium but that's OK as easy is pretty simple. If you're used to playing Sim games like Forza or Gran Turismo you'll be disappointed in the overall car and track collection. For some reason there are not many American cars in here, it might have something to do with this being a European game from a European developer. The Track list is also lackluster compared to those others games with roughly half the tracks. If you're also coming from Forza or Gran Turismo, the car and track selection is a quite underwhelming as well. Career mode is also not good, but GT Sport also didn't have a great career either, so if you're coming from that there wouldn't be much of a difference. Online is great, servers load games quickly and I ran into little issues. Overall if you're looking for a good alternative to Forza and Gran Turismo this is a good option, just don't expect a better game than either of those two.

When I originally purchased this game, it was a bit buggy due to the port from being a PC game to a console version. However, since that time, things have improved. There was a free Series X/S upgrade earlier this year, continued support with version-upgrades to keep pace with its PC counterpart (albeit months later), and dlc availability. I see now that the title is on sale for less than $20, which bumps my score from 3 stars to 4. If you enjoy GT3 & GT4 cars, then give this sim a try. NOTE: this is more 'sim' than Forza or Gran Turismo, plus ongoing support and upgrades seem to be for Series X/S & PS5, and not for the One & PS4.

I do usually race on F1 & Motorsport with G920 wheel. I wanted this game because I heard it has in-depth simulation. That is correct , the game has really in-depth simulation and quite realistic. My main problem is that I have been using Xbox console s , which is pretty outdated HW for a game like that. I still play and enjoy the game though , the loading times are very reasonable. the graphics ( especially the track , the background... etc) are not very good as compared to F1 and Motorsport 7. I am hoping to upgrade soon to Xbox series X some time next year and enjoy the game more. if you really want to dive in a more simracing I recommend this game.

Like every serious racing fan, I had been waiting for this game to come on console for the last year and half. I was disappointed the game did not support my wheel, feels very glitchy & overall feels like they left alot out to get it sold. It did do some things well, the car sounds and overall driving physics are great which is why I gave it an average score. I would wait until they have fixed the issues before purchasing.

its a good racing but not the best. works ok with steering wheel once you make a few adjustments. the sound is not the greatest. its not for the casual racer.

I only bought this game because it came with a $10 gift card with pre-order. Which i will use to buy Madden 21 in August. I love Forza so i gave it a shot.

Love the game high grahics and physics. Love options also.

Graphics sucked and the driving dynamite horrible. The driving is very squared and and not fluid. I was drunk when I bought it.

its trash so trash that i bad to get a new xbox one x because of it my old xbox red ring i wouldn't recamend it to any one
