If you don't have WIFI access at home, your cellphone can be used to access internet service.
Yes, the Chromebook utilizes Cloud Print and wireless network connection is required to print successfully using wireless printers. This can be configured inside Settings > Network Connections.

No idea how any batter can last this long, I keep thinking that it’s got to be out and it keeps on going. This is my first Chromebook and I can’t believe that I lived without this.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.On a whim, my girlfriend decided to get rid of her little used Mac Book Pro and buy a Chrome Book. I've always been a fan of Asus (my current build has every Asus component possible installed) so I recommended the Asus C523CN. Boy did I screw up. After getting frustrated with trying to adjust to Chrome over IOs she put it back in the box and started using her tablet. After a year of non-use she took it out charged it over night, upon disconnecting the power cord it shut off. I figured it was the battery so we took it back to Best Buy to get a battery. Guess what, they don't have one and they'd have to send it out and pay an $80.00 diagnostic fee and if it indeed needed a battery, pay $60.00 for the battery. I called Micro Center and they carry batteries for Chrome Books, just not for Asus. To add insult to injury, I called Asus and was told that I'd have to pay shipping to them, A $60.00 diagnostic fee, $60.00 for the battery and then return shipping. To date I haven't been able to find a battery so the thing is usless. No more Asus for us.
