This was a computer to replace one that I had difficulty working. This one is great! It has the numeric keys on the side, which i prefer & across the top. It’s easy to operate & I like it! Price point was good, too.

This is a great laptop for the money. It is relatively quick to load. I won’t buy another computer without an SSD. I have had this laptop for about 1 month. Very happy with it. I’m not a gamer, just use it for email, internet and some business programs.

This was purchased for my boyfriend, it was affordable and easy to use. He used it for work and it does the job.

The battery only lasts a little over 2 hours. It is fast enough and otherwise works well. If it doesn't improve I will take it to the Geeks.

So far I am very satisfied with my new ASUS computer. It is working well. The speed is pretty good. Could not be happier.

I'm definitely not a techie, so for me this is a good laptop. I was on a tight budget when I purchased this but I'm thinking I made a great choice for me at the time. It's far faster than my last laptop so that's been a huge bonus. My only complaint so far is the zero on the keypad is directly under the 2. This is an awkward spot for someone that uses a ten-key on a regular basis. Luckily I don't use this particular feature much at home so it's not that big of a deal. Overall, a good purchase.

The four stars are for hardware setup. I prefer AMD processors mainly because of the Intel chip vulnerability. Would prefer that new laptops have external batteries, rather than internal ones like tablets. This computer is fast after getting all the Microsoft windows 10 updates completed. This was an open box item, and the qeek squad check proved to be excellent. The ssd hard drive is a little to small at 120GB for storage, but external usb sticks can ease that problem. I have had good experience with Best Buy qeek squad certified products in the past, only problems have been with Windows and Manufactures blootware. Only an experienced user can set up this windows machine off-line without a Microsoft account. This is my first ASUS computer and it appears to be a quality product. I have made changes in the BIOS and will install my favorite Linux OS.

Very good for a 10 year old starting using computer. Very easy and light weight. A great starter!

Great laptop for $300. I mainly use it for just internet browsing and it hasn’t given me any problems so far. The battery life is shorter than I expected but other than that it’s perfect

Ample storage, easy set up. 'Mouse' is a little too sensitive. Great for small business needs.

Great laptop especially if you can get it on a sale. Wouldn’t try any extreme gaming on it but awesome for doing even basic tasks quickly.

This is a great laptop with 8Gb of memory and SSD for under $400.00. Easy set up and working better than expected at this price point.

The laptop was purchased to replace my wife’s old one that had a hard drive failure. Really wanted a SSD and a bigger screen. She really likes the lightness, and was fine it wasn’t touch screen. But the WiFi chip is pretty subpar. Only connects to my 2.4 and not 5 network. Surprising for something brand new.

Great computer. Tons of storage for files. Got it for homeschooling, works great. It was out of the box so the price was wonderful, got a better deal than expected.

Was looking to replace my old HP with another. Couldn't find any with ssd that was price competitive with this laptop. Working fine and so much faster than old laptop.

It runs pretty fast with 8gb ram and a SSD. One downfall is battery life.

Great laptop, I love it! The touch screen feature is awesome and it's super fast. Probably about 10 seconds to load from the time I hit the power button. The only thing I am having issues with is updating my graphics driver, which I'm sure will be handled easily enough once I contact support. Other than that, it's a phenomenal machine and great for a beginner also.

I bought this for my son for college. Runs fast and smooth for all his needs. It's a good computer and was a great price. He is very satisfied with it.

I was even luckier and got it on sale, but even so - its a great computer for every day tasks like checking email and social, your kids homework, viewing videos and browsing the internet so you can self-diagnose that headache you've had as a brain tumor within an hour. Well worth the price and it has a nice big screen, which is rare for a laptop these days.
