Love this purchase - laptop was setup easily and is exactly what I expected! The mouse touch-pad is very sensitive (even after lowering sensitivity) and the keyboard seems to “bounce” slightly when you type. I’m not sure if the keyboard was designed that way or not, but it is more of a distraction when typing that something that creates comfort.

I needed a laptop for school. This was one of the most affordable ones with a solid state hard drive(128 GB). It also has 8 gigs of memory, which helps speed up opening, and closing programs. It does not have a cd/dvd drive on it though, many do not nowadays. My only real complaint, is that I do not care for the factory mice on laptops. (you can just add an external mouse, like many people do). The battery life is not as long as I had hoped, but I always bring the charger with me anyway.

This computer is just what I needed it for - just email and web surfing. I can't rate it on gaming but I would recommend something better if you are looking for a laptop to game on. For school, work, or just simply browsing the internet, FaceBook, and email, this will work fine and is a good price! I have had no issues with it.

For the money it fits the need perfectly, super happy with the all around speed and the battery is decent as far as laptops go.

Does everything I need it to do. Bought it as a replacement for my old work from home computer and this does the job well. Boot up and load time is quick, basic tasks run smoothly. Haven’t streamed anything on it but the speakers seem decent when I’m playing music. All in all it was a good purchase for the price point.

Thus far, this has been a good purchase. It is a replacement for an HP laptop that was used for several years until no longer viable. It is much lighter but also less sturdy that my previous machine. I am learning to be careful how I carry it, to avoid accidents which could literally shatter the light plastic body.

A very good computer for basic computing needs at work and school, with a decent capacity for games as well. Great price!

My wife and I needed a new computer for basic home needs: internet (Netflix, email, etc), office products, etc. The speeds are great. It boots up quickly and streams nicely. The battery is decent at best. Would have given 5 stars if battery lasted longer with each charge. But good value for money.

I was looking for an inexpensive laptop to perform some basic online and business tasks. My intent going into the store was to buy an HP they had on sale, but the Best Buy staff convinced me that this laptop, although a little more expensive, was a much better buy, basically a better computer. Well, I've had it for a few months now and I wish I could go back in time and by the HP instead. This laptop is slow and bulky! The keyboard is cheap and the area surrounding the mouse pad is so sensitive, resting the palms of my hands on the laptop while typing often results in inadvertently "clicking" on another area on the page. I use it a little as possible, until I can afford to replace my 15 year old Mac (which is still faster than this laptop.).

Although I haven't had my laptop very long, I have really enjoyed it. It has all the necessary requirements for me as faras I can tell. I have not had any problems so far. The price was very good and no problems as it was open box-certified. Would recommend at any time.

If you are getting a computer for your teen, I totaly recommend this. It’s not super expensive and gets the job done. I wouldn’t go adding computer games or uncessary things though as it will slow down computer.

This laptop is a solid device, good for most uses, and solid for casual gaming on low graphics settings. While not the best gaming laptop, its capable of running some newer games, and many older titles in a low resolution/high performance setting. Fast wi-fi modem connection, clear resolution, and good for most day to day uses.

Read a lot of reviews and wasn't sure because of the size however, overall it is a fantastic laptop. The only issue is the battery life after long usage doesn't last especially if your are traveling etc.

The computer isn't bad at all for the price, it went on clearance because they were discontinuing this model and I had to travel to get one of the last ones. The main issue I have with it is the SSD, I prefer the slower, cheaper, and much much larger HDD.

Love this product, haven't seen it's full potential but that's mainly my fault. Only been using it for light office work. Product is light, not too hot or noisy while running. Only draw back is it's not touch screen, but not a big issue.

This is a little power house for an AMD A12 prossor. The eight gigs of memory and an ssd work very well together. We have had this laptop for 2 months and it still boots in about 15sec. If your going to surf the web, youtube or email or even some semi intensive computer work, this laptop should do you well. This laptop will also take up to 16gigs of memory. That would give you even better profomance.

We needed a basic laptop to perform very basic operations. No need for big options. This laptop fit the bill. Easy to use, quick, and provides the basic functions we are looking for. I've never had a problem with any ASUS products we have purchased.

This laptop has worked great for my wife who needed a basic laptop for working at home. It has enought memory and poer to run most of the word processing and raphic programs. It is a little on the slw side, but still is a good value for the money
