It's a great laptop however was not expecting it to be with a dvd player. It is the only down size to this deal. Love the keyboard that lights up.

This laptop has surpassed my expectations. It’s fast, reliable and budget friendly! Better than my MacBook and HP!!!! Don’t pass this one up. :)

I've had mine for about a month now and I'm pretty happy with it. I mainly use it for world of warcraft and I play with lower graphic settings to avoid lag and it's pretty effective. I mean for the price with the ram and hard drive space it's a smokin' deal!

Got two of these for my kids so they can play Minecraft in Roblox a few other games. Overall they work for modern Minecraft if you turn the settings down on everything. They can run MapleStory league of legends and Roblox fairly easily though

def an ok laptop - even with power settings (on battery) set to highest performance, laptop is very slow. on power cord though, laptop does perform much better. Def a good laptop for browsing and videos, Might do ok with light editing.

Overall I like the laptop but feel it's too slow. I felt like a new laptop would be much faster in opening up internet and other applications. Lagged quite badly.

It was good until the laptop crashed months later.

Overall I find this laptop to be well worth the price, especially with so few laptops with an internal hard drive even being around recently, and I have no regrets with my purchase. I have had no problems with this laptop at all. It has a long battery life and recharges quickly. It is solidly built-my niece knocks it off the low table when I leave it there for any longer than 5 minutes-which i don't usually do-and nothing has stopped working or malfunctioned in the least. It has also has small spills onto the keyboard-which i immediately dry off and put the laptop open and upside down for any possible draining for a few hours-the product still works without any problems. It starts up quickly and almost never has any slowdown problems. And, though I have downloaded my choice antivirus, anti malware, and clean up programs, I have found that the built in programs work nearly as well as them, and my chosen programs may be unnecessary and/or redundant. I would rate it a 4.5/5 stars- excellent product with a very reasonable price. Of course, I always get the extra extended warranty of 2-3 years as an additional means of relieving stress.

I purchased this laptop for web browsing it's got a great screen size and storage is ample, but the one I received must have been defective. You could only clearly view the screen if you pushed it all the way back and viewed it from a very low angle and the sound was very crackly even at low volume so I returned the product and bought something else, I still have not received my refund yet. Disappointed

Extremely disappointed in this purchase. For starters, the computer is REALLY slow. I've owned this for a little while now, and this computer STRUGGLES to operate. I use my computer specifically for internet browsing and Microsoft Office, that is all. Ironically, while I'm writing this review, my screen just flashed twice, and closed out a few programs I was just working on. I'm not exactly sure what's going on with this particular computer, but I'm very disappointed in ASUS as a whole. This is a terrible laptop.

My wife needed a laptop for work. I have had an Asus for awhile now and really like it so I thought I would get her one too. Easy setup and does what she needs it to do.

Lightweight for the size. Nice laptop for college student. Nice speed, graphics and available memory. Daughter is very pleased!

Good product I like the lite keyboard.A little slow starting up at first until I found out it was the anti virus program I instaled. For some reason the mouse gets stuck sometimes

Works well for the price. My only knock is the touch pad is loud when you click and no matter how I adjust the settings it is a little sloppy. Other wise I recommend this product considering the price. I love the back lite keys.

I purchased this product because of owning and using a laptop from this company in the 8 previous years pretty much flawlessly. I'm a bit disappointed by this because of a fairly simple problem, after a few minutes of inactivity any buttons or clickable page items become locked and I have to close the page and reopen. Frustrating to say the least, I'm not sure if this is a hardware, software or settings issue. Other than that this is a good buy, no other performance issues that I've come across.

My last laptop was also an Asus and lasted me for 8 years. It still works but I wanted a newer one with more GB. I like this laptop especially how the keyboard lights up.

Great laptop and easy setup. This was a Christmas gift for my wife and she loves it! Had it set up and running in no time.

Not worth the money, very slow, poorly made, full of bloat ware.

Purchase the Asus. Nice looking computer, slow. Colors are nice. Don’t think I will purchase another
