    Upon having new laptop for approx 20 days began to find multiple glitches. Backlight on keyboard does not work, brightness control for screen does not work and screen is extremely dim, keyboard doesn't disable when placed in tablet mode, very sluggish, narrator comes on and unable to turn off.... Brought to Best Buy with inquiries as to issues on a brand new computer. We were told these were software related and not covered. However during demo of display model with salesman - ALL OF THESE FEATURES WORKED APPROPRIATELY- even with Windows 10. ?! MANAGER VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND. BEST BUY has really gone downhill on their service.

    Seems to have everything I need. I like the dual purpose concept. Size is right because I do most of my work connected to a 30 inch monitor via the HDMI port.
