Easy to set up. I needed some way to view old picture discs of vacations, family, etc. My computer does not accept discs so I bought this External USB. Works really well and was an inexpensive way to solve the problem.

I love to copy audio books to play in my car. The CD drive in my computer is flimsy, and I once had a cd come loose and fall into the drive. I was able to retrieve it with difficulty, and decided to get this external drive to use instead. It's quiet and has copied flawlessly so far.

This item is easy to use and does the job. I purchased this so I could hook up to my laptop since my laptop doesn’t have a place for discs and I was able to transfer files to my iTunes

this was very easy to use... I just unpacked it and started using it. This lays flat on the table which I am not a fan of.. I think there is another model that comes with a stand . I thought this one did but there was nothing .. at first I thought it was missing then I think it saw where it only came with a certain model. Other than that it works great.

The external DVD drive works quite well, and I appreciate having it. However, the easystore 2 tb easystore portable backup I purchased does NOT work, and I have no recourse since I didn't make it to the Best Buy in the 15 (?) days required to return it. I do live further away and don't run back and forth to Hempfield reguarly.

I highly recommend this product for its user-friendly design and portability, making it convenient for travel purposes.

I would rather have a built in DVD/CD drive but this one works as it should.

Bought this for laptop that didnt have a disc built in. Works great and essy to use

quick and easy setup. requires 2 powered USB ports so I needed to get external hub.

Works well, replacement for a 10 year old CD/DVD read write unit.

I've used this DVD External to download hundreds of videos. It works great. I've never had any problems with it.

Works like an earlier 2000s desktop with the DVD drives in them easy to use but the software pop up gets annoying so keep that in mind.

It Is true that it is not what we dream, but solves a problem like that I have had, my PC does not bring DVD or CD player incorporated and I need it, so with little money and little space, I could solve my problem, in summary Very good.
