I am not a super tech person so it took a while but when I got it working I could check the foreign CDs I had gotten and put the music on my phone.

Everything crammed inside the box from someone returning it. At the time of purchase they had open box options for cheaper. I wanted a new one. I paid for a new one. But what I received was a scratched and throughly used drive. It works just looks like I bought it and stored it in a bag of gravel. This will definitely be my last purchase with Best Buy. This review is more about purchasing from Best Buy online. This drive appears to have survived a battle. So definitely purchase this drive if you need to read a disc while in a foxhole.

The design is a bit flimsy (what else can we really expect for such an insubstantial device?), but it works. The second USB cable is a slight inconvenience but only needed if your USB port lacks sufficient power.
