Fast, numerous ports and backlit keyboard great in darker areas.

Great laptop for the price. I bought it on sale. The ac adaptor is very small (like the Mac book pro). The materials are nice. The brushed aluminum look gets this laptop noticed by others. My only complaint is the screen resolution. Once you get used to the retina display of an iPad it is hard to look at anything else. Overall great performing laptop.

This is my first laptop and I am very pleased with the Asus. I do a lot of online game playing in addition to helping my son with his business. It's wonderful to be able to take my computer with me so I can get my work done where ever I go. It has a very clear screen and connects to the internet fast! I couldn't be happier with my purchase or the people at Best Buy in Newnan, Georgia who sold it to me.

Computer works great for my needs. I have an HP which my husband and I purchased in December but the thing is slow and drove me crazy when doing things for school. This is a fast computer. The only thing I don't like about it is that it uses the Windows app store and it doesn't have much, not even Pandora. Since it is a computer and not just a tablet that really isn't that big of a deal.

I couldn't be happier with my new laptop for the money spent. The processor is plenty fast, and I love having the touch screen and being able to flip the top over to use it as a tablet. I downloaded Windows 10 and some of the apps I like to use became gltchy, so I sent back to 8 and all's well. I very much recommend this machine.

Laptop works fine but it is slower than the lenovo i had before. that is ok with me for I'm not that computer savy anyway.Again it's not bad for me personally, but it is a little heavy. I have this one due to the lenovo crashing on me. the customer service crew at the Terre Haute store took great care of me on this replacement.

When my old laptop died I headed strait to Best Buy. I buy all of my electronics there and have never been disappointed. Had never heard of ASUS but the salespeople recommended it and I am extremely pleased. The 2 in 1 and touchscreen is awesome!

Using the touchscreen on small items take some getting used to. Ended up using the keyboard most of the time. I haven't begun to use the massive storage space. The case/body of the unit is tough looking but with such a large screen (which I love) I wouldn't want to drop it. Battery life is much better than I'm used to.

As expected, my Asus remains a great and reliable laptop after a few hard-working months (size, weight, functions, features, ease-of-use, battery life and overall durability).

I purchased this for my grandson to go off to MSU for the fall . He's been using it quite a lot even though he doesn't go till August 30 he absolutely loves it it has all the features and functions that he was looking for was actually recommended by a friend . We will always come back to Best Buy Best Buy shoppers for more than a few years Lol

This laptop is easy to use and the size is perfect for travel. This is the first time I have owned a touch screen, and it has proved to be very efficient and easy. The tablet conversion is awesome and also user friendly.

Already owning an ASUS for 5 years, I went looking for an ASUS and found what I was looking for in this new computer. It's speed, memory, screen size and clarity, and battery efficiency sealed the deal. The fact that it turned out to be a "flip" too was just an extra.

I bought this laptop for my wife so she could work remotely. It's been really good for her. She's able to work on it like a normal laptop and when she wants, she can flip the screen over and use it as a tablet for fun and games.

I purchased the Asus - Flip 2-in-1 15.6 Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Black - Q502LA-BS15T14 two months ago and I already had to have it repaired. Please see attached photo for EVERYTHING that had to be repaired. They might as well have given me a new laptop. Also beware when (not if, but when) you get it repaired (I sent it in to Asus since it was still under warranty), it will come back looking like a well worn computer. It had zero scratches and chips before I sent it to Asus. Now it has a scratched up corner and a chip on the top. I would NOT recommend this computer to my worst enemy.

This is my first laptop. I really like the touchscreen. There are so many things that I still need to learn. It doesn't come with any directions or manual so that makes it hard for someone like me who is computer challenged. Otherwise I this its a good computer for myself and family.

My first laptop and first ASUS brand. Touchscreen is a great feature but I need a stylus to open many of the things I have saved. Guess I could make the options larger. Sometimes difficult to see the silver keys but they do light up. Many apps installed but don't use them. I haven't folded the keyboard yet but a nice feature.

The product seems very good as I continue to learn to use 8.1. Need to bring back my old laptop as it appears that the files transferred were not applied to the appropriate folders with the exception of the pictures. Will definitly be bringing unit back for windows 10 upgrade.

We waited a long time to purchase a new computer, and are more than satisfied with the ASUS. It does everything you want it to, with a super sharp display and sensitive keyboard. We'd never had a touchscreen before, which is really nice. Battery life is good and the entire laptop is very light. We love it.

The laptop is light enough to carry everywhere. The battery lasts long up to 5-6 hrs, so I rarely concern about the outlet availability. Touch screen function and folding option are very useful to go over slides/notes. Highly recommend!!!

I was looking for a laptop because I recently enrolled in school, and I'm glad I found this one! It's very easy to use, has touch screen and doesn't take long to charge. My girlfriend can't put it down so I'm getting her one for her b-day!
