Regarding its specific characteristics, this ASUS C302CA Chromebook Flip model features an understated and elegant silver design, decidedly thin (0.5-inch) and light (2.65-pounds) aluminum unibody construction, a bright, crisp, and vibrant 1920x1080p Full-HD Touch-Enabled IPS display, and a great keyboard and trackpad. In fact, its backlit island-style keyboard features generous 1.4-millimeter key travel, along with 50-gram key actuation weight, which, in combination, provide superb tactile feedback, resulting in a smooth and pleasant typing experience. The large trackpad is very responsive, it delivers excellent gesture support, and it provides for fast and fluid scrolling and Internet navigation. For connectivity, this Chromebook is equipped with two of the exceedingly versatile USB 3.1 Type-C ports, which are capable of delivering a blazing-fast data transfer speed of up to 5Gbps. Fast, beautiful, light, versatile and well priced laptop. I like the backlit keyboard, super clear display and long battery life (8-10 hours). I bought this refurbished, but it looks brand new.

Yes there are 3 different processor models for the ASUS Chromebook Flip and this is the low end processor. However I was a bit worried by this until I used it. I have used computers since the age of 4 or 5 and I guess most people consider very technically sound, and Electro-mechanical Degree helps. Back within the first few months that Chromebooks came about I purchased one for my parents and I would call it the greatest desicion of my life. My father, who could barely turn on a PC (Windows Computer), instantly became a functional internet member with the Chromebook. This one I bought for me many years later and with the addition of Android Apps the future for Chromebooks became even brighter. The Android side is still in Beta, which means it is not a finished product yet but does not stop one from being able to operate. Just might not run some apps and others will work in a phone screen size window. But developers of apps are quickly updating apps to utilize Chromebooks. Last but not least, I have tried hard to overload or slow down the processor to where it is noticable and so far it hums along. Still and Intel process as are the other 2 variants of the Flip. Worth the money folks.

I bought this model online and then realized it was not the one I expected. There is a similar model with 64GB of storage instead of 32 GB of storage on this unit and there is minimal price difference. I returned this one to store and ordered the one with the 64GB of storage.

Attractive design and light. Touchscreen and 360 hinge allow use as a tablet

For a on the go device to access the interwebs, the device is great. Android is still in beta (Google Play) but most apps and games functioned better than I expected. Saw some reviews complaining about the processor but it is the Flip with the cheapest processor because, here comes knowledge, it is cheaper than other models. However I was slightly worried of the processors performance until it performed. Yes this device is not perfect but I love the $300-800 I kept from not buying a PC or Mac that has over 80% of purchased tech I would rarely, if ever, use.

This is the best Chrome book that I have seen by far. It is a little more pricey, but worth it.

This model is being sold with lesser specs and at the same price as a higher spec model directly from the vendor, avoid this model at all cost.

My product was great but defective. The problem was keyboard related and not usable.As for the Chromebook... Great metal build and nice design. Defintely a premium product.

The laptop did everything I needed it to, but the 1080p screen was a let down. I is sturdy, but I can’t see using the screen for a full day of work.

I was replacing my desktop and decided I wanted the convenience of a Chromebook. I was looking for the newest technology, so I love the swivel and touchscreen. I pretty much just use it for bills, mail, and Web surfing but I wanted it to be capable of much more. I am extremely pleased with my purchase!

My 10 year old uses a chromebook at school and wanted one at home. She uses it as an ipad replacement and to do her school work. I'm not sure if you are looking for a traditional windows laptop or computer that this is what you want but for a child if they use it at school it is good and reasonably priced by comparison.

Awesome purchase! Had it delivered to store and it was ready for pickup sooner than expected! Customer service was excellent! The only downfall is there is no USB (2).

The Chromebook apparently worked fine but was just different and foreign to me. There was no CAPS lock key and my mouse would not work on the new connection device and which I was not able to access the normal features of Windows 10.

This is a full blown chromebook, it runs android apos and has the google play store as well. It is a usb type c device so be teady fir that dongle lifestyle. It has bluetooth capabilities as well. Over all i havnt had a problem with it anf i use it for college, it is differebt than a PC so it doese take some ti.e ti get used to
