Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.On Tuesday May 28, 2024 at 4:53 pm I called the Best Buy Honolulu to inquire on a recent Asus Rog Ally 7 Z1 Extreme gaming handheld devise. Upon being connected to a Customer Service representative, I spoke to Vineeth. While speaking to Vineeth, Vineeth was extremely unfocused and stating to me at 5:15pm HST "you should have done research before making the purchase. After informing him that I did my research, Vineeth stated" Obviously you didn't". After he made that statement I told him that you can't say what I did and did not do if you weren't here with me when I made the purchase. I then asked to speak to his supervisor where he persistently asked why I wanted to speak to his supervisor. I explained that the statement that he made wasn't professional customer service etiquette before being transferred to a supervisor. The call ended after 32 min approximately.

Only thing I wish is thag Asus had better positioned where the chargimg cable went. You can only half zip it closed when you are charging it in the case.

I do realize it is a soft case, but I was hoping for more. It does the job, but it has no room for the charger, and I worry that the analog sticks are not very protected with this case. I will buy a hard case as soon as they are available, and I hope that it will have room for additional accessories such as the charger.

I wish it offered more protection for the device. I can't get the kickstand portion to work correctly. I also don't really understand the added storage inside as nothing fits in it. I also wish it had a place to put the power cable. I will be buying a different case for it once more are available.
