I would have liked two zipper tags instead of one. It feels a lot more robust once the Ally is actually inside of it, but honestly for $40 it's a bit disappointing. Especially when you consider the Steam Deck includes a superior case by default. If this were a hardshell design like the Steam Deck's case, I could see the cost being far more justified.

I only wanted a case to protect ilthe Ally while it's in my backpack when i take it to a fron somewhere. If you want one to store the charger with it then you better get a different one.

I have never dropped my device even inside the carrying case but it does feel as if it would offer a great deal of protection in case I did. Only downside is if you have an aftermarket hard shell bump case on it then it won’t fit inside this carrying case.

With that said, it’s definitely well made and fits the Ally like a glove. If it had a charger and cable storage pocket, then 40 would be reasonable. If your looking for a well made case that keeps the ROG theme, this is it….just wait for a sale…

Just wish it could fit the cord/brick too. I'm sure it will keep the Ally safe but for 40$ I would at lest want a handle.

Good Case for the $Money$

Nothing beats from the makers of the device. IF you want protection from accidents or even worse destruction I'd advise of getting this dope case. Meets higher expectations than the pictures show off.

Definitely not of the quality that comes with the Steam Deck, which is harder than this one. Also very simple. No room to fit anything else in there. It's nice to have to keep inside when you aren't using it, but for travel, I would recommend something sturdier.

A bit overpriced for such a simple case in my opinion. It’s soft and has no additional room for the charging accessories. If I wasn’t extremely lazy I would return it and get a better quality case for the same price or cheaper.

Soft microfiber lining on the entire interior so it won't scratch or smudge and there are molded indents for the thumb sticks so it fits nice and snug inside when closed, it also has an internal flap with a few storage pockets that can be lifted and affixed using Velcro to the top of the clam shell and used as a sort of stand, though when using it like this it directly covers the exhaust on your ally so I wouldn't do any amount of gaming in " stand" mode or you'll cook your Ally but it's convenient for simple tasks or watching stuff on the go.

Nice Case, but doesn't fit the Ally X well.

It's got a nice interior that won't scrarch the screen as well at circle cut outs for the joysticks. It also has a flap that can hold like one two sd cards max. Overall needs more space and a hardshell version.
