Extremely disproportionated, broke after two weeks

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The computer only worked for about two weeks before completely failing. On startup, it wouldn’t display anything on the monitor, and the fans immediately kicked into what sounded like turbo mode.
I sent the computer in for repairs, and it has now been over two weeks with no progress and no meaningful updates. The only thing Best Buy has told me is that they’re “waiting for the parts they need” That’s it. No timeline, no details, nothing.
When I contacted customer service, they weren’t able to provide any additional information, not even a rough estimate of when the repair might be completed. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left completely in the dark after spending this much money on a device that lasted barely two weeks.
At this point, I’m beyond disappointed with both the product and the repair process. I expected far better communication and accountability. I wouldn’t recommend buying a computer from Best Buy based on this experience.
