Great Overall Gaming PC
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After 4 days with this machine I can say that overall it is a great gaming computer. The build quality is excellent with all black cables and great cable management behind the back panel. There are two sticks of 3200 ram, an Asus dual 3070, an NVME with a heat sink and an Asus B560-G motherboard. I was really pleased to find the motherboard is high quality with large heat sinks, decent looks, built in wifi 6 and a good amount of i/o’s on the back. Playing games yields great frame rates even at 1440p. The GPU stays right around 70 C but the cpu is a little warm around 75 C. User benchmark shows “UFO” across the board with gaming at a 150% of their reference values. Things I would change would be to add an intake fan, there is room for a 120mm on the front, replace the plain, green ram with something a little nicer looking , and get a larger outlet fan. The 92mm outlet fan really has to work. Overall a great machine at a reasonable price given the strange GPU environment we are in.

Best prebuilt for the price ive seen yet
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. In my opinion this is currently the best purchase you can make if youre looking to build a PC from scratch but the gpu shortage is making it difficult. Most other prebuilts aeound the 15 to to 1600 price point only come with a 10th gen cpu and 3060... 3060 ti if youre lucky. Excellent motherboard l, good enough psu, case is kinda tacky looking but it geys the job done. The only thing wrong is the coing system. Id HIGHLY recommend getting a new cooler. There isnt much room but i managed to put an msi coreliquid 240 water cooler in it and it instantly dropped 40c on idle... this cpu runs hoooooooot. The cooler i bought was a bit in the higher price side at 110 bucks but there are certainly oprions under 70 that will do just as good of a job. Ill post pics to show my placement. Overall i could be happier with the system. How they managed this price point is beyond me. If you load all the components in this PC with the current ridiculously high prices of computer parts youll see that if you built this system yourself it would actually cosy about 100 to 200 dollars more which absolutely blows my mind. I cant possibly recommend any other prebuilt more than this one. Alao received it in 3 days which was just icing on the cake! If it isnt available when you're looking at this just be patient. They restock this PC multiple times a day so just keep refreshing every few hours.... if you bought this product and are now looking at this review well then congratulations!!! You just made and amazing purchase and beat out everyone else you know who paid the same amount for their prebuilt in terms of quality of parts and specs!

Good value, need to spend more for cooling
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First the price is good for this CPU+GPU combo. (I would love to build myself but GPU price is just...). However you need to be ready to spend another 70-150$~ for cooling so it won't sound like a jet in your room. I read about changing setting in Bios for fan... well it didn't work as I expected, the temperate still high (70-80 just from updating graphic card drivers), and it still so noisy. Trouble shoot. 1. Bought iCue H100i Elite Capellix SPU Cooler - $138.99+ taxes 2.XTM50 Consair- High performance thermal paste - $7.99+ taxes Temperature dropped right away (around 45-55) while playing diablo 2 and tab of YouTube/Facebook. Good process but the back fan still so noisy, that annoyed me. Next bought a Noctua NF-A9 PM , Premium Quiet Fan 4 pin 92mm. - $16.95 on Amazon. Result: 35- 40 C, and so quite while playing diablo 2 with few tabs on (same as above) I was thinking about transfer everything to bigger case, but for now it looks like problem was solved... well you know, with 2 sons (2,3 years old). I don't want to take this apart if I must not need to. Everything is toys to them -_- took me 3 hours just to replace the AIO cooling in with their "help"

Decent system with great build quality
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This PC build is used for cards like 1660, 2060, 2070. They decide not to change anything and add the RTX 3070 and 3080 inside but still keep the system at 1 system fan only. This is not ideal for max performance. The CPU only use air cooling rather than liquid cooling. So need extra work when you get this if you need a cool and decent performance system. The build quality is really good and the GPU is ASUS RTX 3070 Dual with 2 fans. The CPU is a 11700F, need image output from the GPU. GPU only has HDMI and mini display port. If your display only has a USB-c port, then they don’t work. They will include a basic keyboard and mouse inside. Cords are also inside for expansion.

Great value after just a bit of work
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great value so 5 stars from me. Nice MB, 3070, latest CPU and well built good looking package that matches my Asus ROG XG279Q monitor. Yes, stock cooling needs immediate work as it is loud and ineffective (CPU hitting past 90C and throttling) with a jet-like noise. The good news it is easily fixable on ~$100 budget ($70 Corsair hydro CPU cooler from Best Buys, a $10 120mm intake fan that I had laying around and a Noctua NF-A9 92mm exhaust). Took a little creativity mounting the radiator for hydro cooling at the top but otherwise no complications. Also needs BIOS tweak to let that CPU unleash its power beyond the 65W TDP when all is ready (don't do it with stock fan!).

Good prebuilt
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to add some stuff like the corsair h100i all in one cooler to get the temp right for games. Also added a new fan to the top for intake. Used the wire zipties all around as screws as theyre just the right size. Sadly i replaced the stock exaust like all the other did but imo the fans a little louder but had x2rpms as the notua and other ones you can get for it. If you plan on adding stuff to it id reccomned being handy and not being afraid of breaking some plastic clips. Also 3M tape can help with missing plastic pieces. I dremeled off two of the support clips for the top to mount the fan but it might be possible not too lol. You will also end up adjusting the wires inside if you add stuff bc its all tied down in there. All in all a great Pc and experience. GPU is well worth it.

Requires a bit of experience with PC's
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pretty good components for todays market, especially for the GPU. This rig will run all games 60 fps. Like the other reviews however, cooling is an issue so make sure you have at least 100$ saved for an AIO cooler. 240mm can fit but its going to be tight. For reference, I bought the MSI Mag coreliquid 240r

I thought I bought a PC not a frying pan?
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wow. You get 1 stars because a good GPU and a nice looking internal build but I think they forgot to put thermal paste on my CPU. With the case open, if my CPU hits over 20, yes 20% load my CPU spikes up to 100deg C and throttles. This is with the side of the case off for better cooling. For a nearly $2,000 desktop this is disgusting and unacceptable. I now have to spend $75 to $150 more to put an AIO or some other form of cooling on this desktop just to make it usable. Asus is lucky there is a GPU shortage or this would be returned in an instant. I do know I will never buy another ASUS desktop again. Throttling is VERY evident in games and the fan sounds like a jet engine. I would highly recommend you do not buy this PC and go for something else.

It's a prebuilt and it shows, otherwise good parts
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The case is good quality and the i7 Rocket Lake is hopefully the fastest i7 we'll ever see on 14nm. If Intel hopes to stay in the ballgame they will have to make 10nm happen soon. The 3070 is the reason were all here, the Asus Dual model installed is a great one that cools well. Speaking of cooling, the GPU is the last time I'll use the term, "cools well". This thing is a cooling catastrophe. The CPU showed max temps of 100c in hwmonitor. It has to be throttling like crazy. Why? Because to cool this entire 750w tower is a single 120mm exhaust fan that probably cost $5 at the most. There are no intake fans at all. The CPU cooler is the OEM intel buzzer. $30 in fans and the cheapest AIO on Amazon or NewEgg would make this a 4-5 star rig. Why Asus, why?

Good Pre-Built with minor issues and easy fixes.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This overall is a solid built desktop however it has 1 very specific issue currently that all units are shipped with. Some people may have noticed that it is turning off because it is overheating. The Bios has an issue with the Fan Curve. The Default Fan Curve is set to Standard in the Bios but the Fan Curve for it is actually supposed to be the Silent Fan Curve which doesn't kick the fans up until it reaches 72C which is too little too late because it will thermal throttle as high as 94C from what I've seen. The Silent Fan Curve in the Bios is actually the Standard Fan Curve that it should be set to. Hopefully Asus will issue a Bios Update and fix this on future iterations that are shipped out. To fix this issue, you just have to hit Delete or F2 on the Asus ROG Screen before Windows loads. Click on the Q Fan Control and then choose Silent for each of the fans. Hit Apply To and choose all of the Fans. Save and exit. Problem solved. You can also set a custom fan curve and adjust it correctly. GPU is a Asus Dual Non-OC. The ram doesn't support XMP. I wouldn't say that it is quiet once the fan curve issue is fixed but considering how difficult it is to get a GPU currently. This is a decent deal.

Best bang for your buck if you add a few extras.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This prebuilt offers some pretty quality parts for the price. It includes a Strix motherboard, strix GPU, a 512GB M.2 drive for the operating system and another 1TB HDD, and the 11700f i7 cpu. The case leaves something to be desired though as it only has 1 exhaust tower fan in the rear and the CPU cooler is the stock one that comes with the cpu. Add some extra fans and a better CPU cooler and this is an awesome machine.

Good parts hampered by a terrible cooling solution
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.---------------------------The good--------------------------- $1600 at time of purchase Asus B560 motherboard w/ Wifi 6 and BT 5 Intel Core i7-11700F Asus Geforce RTX 3070 Dual WD SN530 512GB nVME SSD Case has front top mounted USB Type C and the RGB lighting is fun No bloatware (if you don't count MS office and Asus Armory Crate) ---------------------------The Bad--------------------------- 3200 Mhz RAM runs at CAS 22 timings A single 92mm exhaust fan (annoying sound even at low speed) and poor CPU cooler makes for a loud system that is constantly thermally throttling the CPU. The case is too small to fit 120mm tower-style cpu coolers. ---------------------------Conclusion--------------------------- It will be a good PC only if you upgrade the cooling solution. The stock setup is loud, hot and will not provide the full performance the CPU is capable of. Which is a shame, as the components would combine to make a solid gaming PC at a great price. Get a 92mm tower style cpu cooler (e.g. be quiet! BK030 Pure Rock Slim 2) and at least one 120mm intake fan or a 240mm AIO liquid cpu cooler. If you are not comfortable upgrading the cooling, do not buy this pre-built.

Posted .Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear about the issues you're having with this model. The noise that is emitting from the computer is known as coil whine. When the electrical current is increased to a certain point, the magnetic field around the coil can cause it to vibrate, which produces the whiny sound. After a short amount of time the noise should go away as the components regulates. However, if it is that the sound is too much for you, then we would recommend that you have this device sent in for servicing.

Great PC, needs extra fans + solid CPU cooler!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Happy that this was in stock during this latest mining boom. A few cons worth noting: -The case only comes with 1 exhaust fan, and no intake fans. Filling those fan slots is definitely a must, unless you like frying your PC components. FYI, no space to screw them, so get your handy dandy zip-ties ready. - The CPU cooler they used is an absolute joke for 11700F (aka a pocket sized fusion reactor). Definitely get a better cooler on there ASAP. Thermal throttling happens way too often to say its properly cooled. -The case is mostly proprietary, and upgradability to within the case (not the motherboard) is near non existent past zip-tying fans. A case swap would be recommended, but isn't 100% necessary. Now, the pros: + Mine shipped with the Asus Dual 3070 non-LHR. + Solid MOBO so far, been able to tighten my ram timings no problem. +RGB on the case is pretty sick in my opinion, NGL. Bottom line; if you want a pc with a RTX 3000 series that is in stock often, and have some extra fans & a cpu cooler laying around, go for it!

You need to gut it
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Think we all know why were here and why one would buy this(3070 lul). I did like some of the others have suggested and I gutted this pc. Thus I've had an excellent experience so far, however gutting a pc isn't easy/cost effective for everyone. I would really recommend this only if you can do what I did and put it into a better case, mount some fans and use a better cooler. I think the 3070 Dual is an excellent gpu and it stays so quiet and so cool but you need a better environment for it. Same for the 11700f, just not as cool temp wise lol. Also like some have said the build quality is surprisingly quite good all around. The motherboard is actually really quality as well, it has like 6 or 7 USB ports on the rear IO, 2.5G LAN, bios flashback, 2 type-c ports, 2 M.2 slots and its on the B560 chipset. All really good features I think and personally all one would really need. Idk it definitely has its caveats but the 3070, the 11700f for what it is, and motherboard I rate high.

Good but needs additional work
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used this PC for about 2 weeks at the time of this review. I can confirm what everyone else is saying, the cooling situation is not to be ignored. You will need to add additional fans and adjust the fan speeds in the BIOS to prevent the machine from shutting down due to overheating. There's no negotiating that. I added two 120mm fans to the front panel and I can already see a massive improvement, keeping temps below 70c during aggressive use. I will almost certainly be adding more, but it seems manageable now. I just hope any one else who gets their hands on this build does so with the understanding that it needs work - but hey, great mobo, GPU and CPU are a fine starting point for someone looking to maintain and upgrade a machine!

Prepare to spend extra money if you buy this.
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this hoping for a smooth out-of-box pc with a nice GPU. Well, it wasn't smooth at all. I followed other's suggestions and bought a corsair H100i AIO. This fit after a little bit of work on the front. Although it did help, the airflow on the front is so poor that it had to operate at its peak to keep the CPU somewhat cool. My next upgrade was 32GB of corsair vengeance as I run lots of FEA studies for my work. I added an intake fan on the top using some zip ties. There are no mounting holes on the top. Why? No idea. The only fan that comes with this is a small, super loud exhaust fan. Who designed this? After all of this extra work, I had a VERY noisy machine, and it was still thermal throttling. I recently bought a corsair iCUE 4000X case. This solved all of my problems. The GPU and CPU are MUCH cooler in this case and can operate faster. I got a 40% increase in FPS from better airflow/cooling. Oh, and it's near silent. ASUS engineers should be ashamed of themselves for building such a terrible case. I do not recommend this product unless you are in dire need of a GPU. I've spent well over $2k on this project. If I were to start again, I'd go another route.

Nice specs for the price, cooling is the catch
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: >Asus Dual 3070 >Intel 11700 CPU >Beefy 750w PSU >Plenty of additional cables and hardware included for upgrades Cons: >Cooling is horrendous >Included 1tb HDD is outdated tech >Case design is unaccomdating for large upgrades I'll start by addressing the elephant in the room... The cooling for this system is almost non-existent. There is no air intake whatsoever, and the exhaust is a single, loud 92mm fan. This isn't acceptable in a much less powerful machine, let alone a gaming rig such as this. The addition of 2 intake fans and 1 more exhaust fan would have likely met minimum requirements. To make matters much worse, the thermal pasting job on my CPU was laughably unprofessional. I wish I had taken photos, because it was just... really bad, which likely explains why CPU temps were hitting the 90s when installing Windows 11. Well, that and the stock Intel cooler is completely inadequate. If you buy this, you absolutely need to upgrade the cooling. I highly recommend a liquid cooling solution for the CPU - I was able to install a Corsair 240mm AIO (Elite Capellix), but the metal plate that covers the PSU and HDD needed to be permanently removed to accomodate. A 120mm AIO would likely fit with that plate still installed. I also recommend an additional exhaust fan, or at least replacing the included 92mm with something of higher quality to lessen noise and improve efficiency. All-in-all, you probably won't find a better deal on these specs in the current market. But you 100% need to be prepared to make some upgrades right off the bat. If you aren't confident in doing this work yourself, I recommend having it professionally done - these installs are never as simple as they seem.

Good value with ISSUES!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great value. Prepare yourself for some work. As others have noted the cpu cooler is terrible. You should definitely consider buying another cooler. I don't agree that you necessarily need a water cooler device. You could probably buy a nice air cooler and keep it under 75 at idle. One quick fix is to simply take off stock cooler and remove the shotty, poorly applied thermal paste and add some new stuff. I used noctua and lowered my idles into the high 70sC. This goes to show the poor quality control on assembly and this is infuriating. Otherwise you're getting a fairly recent I7 with pretty good horsepower and a GPU that's a beast for under 2k. More graphical power than an Xbox series x. Btw I bought the Corsair cpu water-cooler block everyone is recommending, but I'm just saying you may not absolutely need it.

OK option if you need the GPU but requires cooling
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As it has already been said by most of the other review, CPU and case cooling is terrible and Asus should be ashamed of selling this system as is. I was hitting 100 degrees and thermal throttling just botting up Windows and installing updates. Took the side off and it's usable until I can get a better cooler. With an aftermarket CPU cooler and more fans its not a terrible system but this should be required on a purchase of this amount. I will probably make it work but I would recommend looking at other options if possible. Asus GPU is great and runs cool. I received a Asus Dual 3070 that is not LHR. Probably the only plus on this system.

Cooling trade-off is worth it (will change later)
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great RGB effects and a SOLID build of a computer with a great graphics card. I was surprised to see the cool effects when turning this on for the first time. I do appreciate the handle, which makes me take it around easily to other rooms for game play. The CPU is the latest generation as well as the memory speed and PCIe, which beats 10th gen offerings. The brand is reliable as they do build the best motherboards, so you get a good Strix one with this. Price also is very competitive, so the cooling trade-off is worth it (something I can easily change down the line myself).
