Terrible Product & QC, Terrible Repair Service

I have taken it to geek squad three times and the device is still not functioning properly. I have experienced GPU related screen stutter, blue screens, freezing, device throttling at 50% RAM utilization, complete keyboard shutdown, partial keyboard shutdown, etc. I do a lot of fluid dynamics and machine learning related work so I figured having a ‘powerful’ laptop would be helpful. However, I was shipped a lemon. I’ve asked for a refund on multiple occasions but my requests have just been rejected. I needed this laptop for school but I had to buy a second laptop due to this one not working.
