Coming from a Netgear Nighthawk AX12. This was a lot easier to set-up and giving me better speeds.

Great router! Good coverage and good speeds. The control panel is also very nice and feature packed.

Neat looking router, cheaper than a few I saw in store. Customizable RGB is cool, I use it as a guide light when I need to use the restroom and don’t want to turn on my bedroom light and wake myself up, lol. Seamless setup with Spectrum, Asus router app is super easy to use!

Running over 802.11 AX 1.2gbps no issues while gaming. No packet loss or signal issues. No jitter either.

It works magnificently. I am far from being a techie but when I called the company's connection number, the gentleman talked me through the connection procedure. And he was very patient with me regarding following his directions.

Haven't had any issues with this router. Good internet with very little buffering when accommodating multiple devices at the same time.

So far no problems. Has great range and connects with my video door exceptionally. Tons of adjustments you can tinker with to set how you like.

With the streaming services that we had, our old router could not keep up (lag time, slow launching, dropping off). This new router was easy to set up, with no connectivity issues for our older Vizio tvs and multiple Amazon firesticks. Gone are all the streaming issues. This router's speed and coverage area is everything that we hoped for. Household interference is zero.

Hard to review on its own. But works great as a hard wired node to other asus router. Fills my whole home and backyard.

Download the app and update the Firmware!! Replaced the Spectrum router with this and haven't looked back! Good range,a slew of features,and mesh compatibility. I was suprised to find how many of the hidden features I am using through the app. The parental controls are great if you have a tween. Also loving the guest wifi feature and the vpn. For the price, features, and how good it works cant beat it!

I would definitely recommend this item. The set up was super easy, and it gives us great signal strength throughout the house.

Excellent router, finally getting the speed I'm paying for. I also updated the modem to Arris SB8200. The router does all I need and I'm extremely pleased. Streaming 4k flawlessly and wifi6 with no dropouts, it supports all my devices old and new. I setup my old RT-N66R upstairs in AP mode and there isn't a dead spot in the house. Then there is the design. Asus has had some bad press lately due to support issues and problems with DNS but this router setup with no glitches.Their routers have always served me well.

Bought this because Cox's panoramic all in one kept dropping devises from the DHCP and constantly disconnecting all together. Set this up and haven't had a problem since. The range and speed are excellent. The setup is easy. I have not tried the mobile app as I have not had a reason to. This router is pricey but does exactly what I bought it for. Only issue at all is one of the older laptops will not connect to it but that's prolly just the laptop wifi a little outdated. Connects fine with external adapter.

I wanted a reliable router to allow me to discontinue the monthly router charge on my municipal utilities charge for my 1 Gbps fiber connection. The RT-AX82U was easy to set-up and has been working without needing to be reset since installed six weeks ago. I am getting WIFI speeds of 482 Mbps download and 493 Mbps upload on my MacBook Air about 20 feet from the router on a lower lever. Very happy with router's performance. It also looks impressive.
