A well priced, Asus Wi-Fi7 dual band route that is compact, easy to program and works well. It can be used as part of a MESH setup, which I'm doing, or as a fully independent router. The menus are easy to follow if you want to setup in more detail, but the guided setup will be fine for most folks. I would definitely buy this router again.

Wonderful upgrade for the WiFi in my home. My nighthawk router died after 6 years and this upgrade has proven to be worth the money and it works much faster and efficiently.

The salesman at Best Buy recommended this router journey because I needed a little more distance in my house so where am I fiber optics come in. It was so easy to connect with the app Asus. And everything connected immediately in the house

I have only had this for one month so I can't speak to reliabilty. However,it has worked flawlessly. I purchased Asus specifically because I was using an Asus and wanted to set up their AIMesh. That was easy to do and it works great.

Bought this router after doing a fair bit of research and glad I did. Super easy to install and set up. Internet speeds seem to be handled well so far so no complaints.

excellent coverage in our home, even though the unit is not centrally located. easy to set up as well with two networks and a dedicated IoT for passive devices. There are 5 people in the house and a multitude of phones, laptops, tv's, gaming computer, and consoles.

I replaced my older version of this router because it was compatible with the lightning strike at my house. This new version exceeded my expectations and very easy to set up. I highly recommend this router. It is being used with my Starlink.

Was a nice upgrade from my previous router, definitely a good smooth running machine. Handles iver 30 electronics in my house easily without compromising speed.

Excellent ease of setup, reliable performance — with a couple of trade-offs (no 6GHz band, dual-band only). If you’re looking for a router that is “future-ready” without going all-in on the top tier, this is a very good pick.

I bought a modem with this Router and both were very easy to set up and very dependable signal. Increased my internet speed considerably. I ended up returning this only because Comcast gave me a free Modem/Router when I upgraded my Internet plan.

Great upgrade from my 2011 linksys. really fast. The interface is great for setup. I really like they have the option to make this a access point in 1 click

So far this Asus router has performed well. It has many more points of control than older routers Which can be good or bad depending on your needs. I felt it could have had better documentation on to configure and use the UI.
That said, the UI is robust.

I researched Consumer Reports to find this router. I have a 2600 square foot, single level home. It is centrally located and seems to work well. It was easy to install. It is also supposed to come with a 3 year warranty, but I don't like the requirements. One has to register as an ASUS member and agree to privacy on the network (which is normal), but it also wants you to join their Asus Cloud. I can't seem to register, without agreeing to it. I suppose I can't register my router for the three year warranty, unless I do it. I refuse. If I could have registered without the "cloud" attachment, I would have given five stars.

Works great as an AiMesh controller for extending a network (definitely recommend a wired backbone if possible). Wifi speeds are decent and definitely have better range than my old AX58U but still don't completely cover my house without the other node. 2.5gb ports are a nice upgrade if you have the cable and fiber to take advantage.
