Had an issue with the audio jack wouldn’t read anything lacked USB ports and much needed things for the 250 price tag go with something else

Purchased the monitor 3 years ago and still works, friends that play on it comment on the picture quality as it has a very clear picture, the only two down sides are recently the screen did get lines and half of it turned black so I shut it down for the night and turned it on the next night and its back to normal, the other down side is the speakers in the monitor are not loud at all. Again that is a recent issue for the past 3 years its been great

I cannot stress this enough, absolutely do not buy this monitor they do not tell you that you CANNOT hook up external speakers to it because apparently the plug is only audio in and not audio out it’s not very clear about that so you’re stuck with using the garbage built in speakers transparency is Important and they are the furthest thing from it DO NOT BUY THIS MONITOR UNLESS YOU WANT TERRIBLE BUILT IN SPEAKERS ONLY

I had this monitor for like 4 months and out of no where the screen just like shattered and I didn’t even touch it or anything

Pros: + IPS @ 144Hz!! + Very slim bezels + Rich Colors + Was able to enable GSYNC (although it says "Not Compatible") Cons: - No USB Port Connectivity - That's all I can think of! My outgoing monitor is a 24" 144Hz 1080p TN panel; 144Hz is a must for gaming, and outside of gaming, it just makes every experience a whole lot smoother. But the main problem with a TN panel is that the colors are just washed out and the viewing angles are not so great. IPS panels have better color saturation and viewing angles, but are more costly when you add the 144Hz capability. Then this monitor comes along; 1080p, 144Hz, IPS!! Doesn't break the bank!! Right off the bat, I can see the difference between my current TN panel and this IPS monitor. The IPS just gives more vibrant colors all around and it is more pleasant to view most anything from YouTube videos to personal photos. But of course, this monitor was designed for the gamer in mind. My gaming laptop runs a modest GTX 1060, which fits the bill for 1080p gaming. Right off the bat, I went to set up G-SYNC. I feared that the setup would not allow G-SYNC to be turned on, but it did with a small warning that it may not be compatible. I ran a few games (CSGO is a good test) and can immediately tell that G-SYNC was indeed working just like it was on my TN panel. But the viewing experience was so much better. To be honest, that's my main takeaway from this. I can't go back to a TN panel after experiencing an IPS. The only con that I could find was the lack of a built in USB hub. I have a few gaming monitors at home from various brands and they all have USB hubs. This comes in very, very handy when you have various peripherals and not enough ports. I guess that's what a dedicated hub is for.

When we hooked it up finally, the monitor was dim on the left side. There was a small hassle trying to fix this problem because it was purchased 12/20/2020 and the return date expired 1/16/2021. CPU we purchased didnt arrived till 1/15/2021 and Geek Squad finished all upgrades 1/16/2021. In a short story after my wife emailed Best Buy everything was fixed!

Was enjoying the monitor until like 4 days later it keep turning on and off by itself even when not in use unplug it for a little turn on Xbox to play game after 10 minutes of play settings menu keeps popping up non stop. Now months later no menu buttons work can’t access none of the features

I really like this monitor! No seriously, I'm pretty hard pressed to say anything negative about this monitor. First off it sports a nice, sharp IPS display with great viewing angles and minimal IPS glow. It also has a lightening fast 1ms response time and a 144hz refresh rate. What's this all mean? It means that if you have the proper video card (in my case a GTX 1080) you should be able to experience a lot of your games at a much higher refresh rate which will in turn make those games run much smoother. This "smooth" experience can even be noticed when just surfing the web or moving your mouse cursor, however it's not nearly as drastic as when you load up a game coming from a normal 60hz monitor. All in all here's my Pros and Cons list: Pros: 1ms response time Fantastic picture quality Great adjustable monitor stand found in more premium monitors 144hz and Freesync/G-Sync compatible Cons: Only 24 inches, which is rather small by today's standards 1080p doesn't yield a lot of screen space, but the PPI is still nice Overall, if you're looking for a great value gaming monitor then your search can stop here, as long as you're not looking for something a little bigger.

Bought this in November. Someting in thescreen has stopped working. I can only see a vague picture wheni switch it to 100hz. When I tried to setup a warranty repair with ASUS, I was redirected to Geeksquad. Still no resolution.

This gaming monitor really packs a bunch! Love the cool features. First, installation was easy and it was pretty much plug and play. The screen height can be adjusted which is great because sometimes I need to put other “toys” in front of the screen while working with my PC. The screen is vibrant and clear, almost like you can touch what’s in the screen. The functions for gaming include crosshair, FPS counter and a timer, all very useful for intense gaming. The Game visual menu is easy to use and contains a variety for all sorts of visuals. You get more than meets the eye and a bonus blue light technology with adjustable features exists within the menu options. Something every PC user/gamer needs. No lag time, means more winning on gaming and more entertainment in streaming. No drivers to download. It comes with stereo sound and the quality is good. One HDMI and one Special/modern HDMI can be found on the monitor. You can switch from HDMI 1 to HDMI 2 to analog. Overall this monitor will impress anyone upgrading their monitor.

So I was suppose to these today. Websige said delivered to my front door yesterday... There's nothing here ! I thought I was supposed to pick up in store when it arrived. I received email saying it was left at front door. There is nothing here.

I bought this monitor for my son’s birthday 4 months ago. He was happy with this product but recently a white vertical lines appeared on the monitor and nothing is visible. Unfortunately, we have to take it back to Best Buy

This is definitely a nice gaming monitor. But some of the features feel a bit like a gimmick, and I wonder how many people will actually use them. The gimmicks are buried in the on-screen menus, which I found a bit hard to navigate. I frequently was pressing the wrong button and not doing what I wanted in the menu. Also was confused because the power button and power light are not aligned, so a few times I pressed the power button when I meant to press a menu button, since it also feels exactly the same as all the other buttons, and is spaced exactly the same as the other buttons. The gimmicks in the menu, under "GamePlus" I found to also be clunky to navigate and use, and not something you can quickly turn on and off while in the middle of the game. So I really feel like these features are of limited use, and most people won't even use them. The speakers are garbage, I'm not even sure why they included them. I guess if you need sound in a pinch... but really, just go with headphones. The monitor only comes with a DisplayPort cable (and power cable), because that is what you'll need to actually get the 144hz that this monitor supports. With HDMI you can get up to 120hz, but note your computer will default to 60hz unless you dig into the settings, so make sure you set that before you start digging into games. Everything else about this monitor was fine, picture was good, has a few different game modes which I suppose you can adjust to your liking, but I tend to just set it to one, get it as "accurate" as possible and stick with that. But some might find some of the extra modes nice to have.
