This is my first gaming monitor and I am extremely impressed. The quality is amazing and the stand is extremely impressive.

My son was using one of my monitors in my office to play on his xbox because the image and response was great. He wanted to purchase a monitor as his TV lagged(which is why he was using my monitor). We visited our local Best Buy and he found this Asus TUF VG249Q Gaming Monitor. We got it home and he hooked it up and the picture is amazing and no more lag. I'm not going to post a picture because pictures won't do it justice. You gotta see it for yourself.

Can't go wrong with Asus. Used for light gaming and streaming with no problems.

Solid gaming monitor especially for the value. I will eventually upgrade but this was perfect for the frames I was looking for in 1080p

Got two of these on black friday sale and they work great. Mostly use them attached to a docking station for a dell laptop for WFH.

It’s a great monitor for those switching from 60/75hz to 144hz. You cannot, at least through NVIDIA control panel, overclock the monitor though.

Never had a 144hz so I can’t compare it to others but what I can compare is moving up from a 60 hz and that is a huge difference

I wanted to upgrade my old TN Asus gaming monitor for a newer IPS. After doing research I found this one for a reasonable price. The response time is way better than what I had before, and the colors are so vibrant after calibration. The only thing that disappointed me was the excessive light bleed on the top left and right top corner. Being an IPS panel I expected some degree of light bleed, but this unit has too much, even at 0% brightness you can see it. I'm hoping it's just this unit because I see a lot of great reviews. I will exchange it and hope the one I get won't have this problem.

I love this monitor. It has many options, rotates varying degrees for comfort and viewing. Color is great and highly customizable.

This monitor was great for the time I had it. I eventually upgraded to the Alienware, 1080p, 280hz monitor

If you you dont mind the 1080p quality and only care about the refresh rate then this is for you. I love mine alot, only use it for gaming.

Purchased for husband and his new computer. Mainly used for gaming. Very clear and crisp images. I may even purchase another one for myself

I purchased 2 of these monitors but am not using them for gaming so I can't speak to how well they are for that. I am, however, using another Asus monitor for gaming that's very similar to these and it is great. I bought these 2 for work monitors and they are perfect. I am using a VESA mount for both to free up space on my desk. They are very clear and the image quality on them is great. I am very happy with them.
